We got the pork katsu and the okonomiyaki.
Though the toppings for the okonomiyaki were a lot, the pancake itself felt very undercooked and lacked flavor.
The pork katsu was VERY thin and the sauce was only enough to cover the pork. There was not enough to go around for the half inch layer of cabbage and rice. The egg was also pretty much cooked through.
I was looking forward to this place because of what I saw on their instagram page but was very disappointed.

All the reviews here are consistent. Food taste is not bad (gyoza were the only real good thing I had).
Portions are tiny. Skimpy thin slice of pork katsu for $15!
The boba is the worst I've tried. Literally tastes like watered down milk. No tea flavor at all.
Overall a true disappointment and waste of money.

Please don't order from here. Very small portion sizes and the food can be smelly.

Interesting place. Takeout only. It’s inside the Belle Ville Bites. Many “restaurants” within one place. You can order inside on the tablet or online and you’ll see the variety of foods/cuisines.
Yes, the area looks pretty sketchy. There’s a bunch of warehouses around. And a gym.
A robot carries your food to the front and then a human puts it in a specific locker. You get a notification on your phone and then you scan your code and then the locker pops open. Close the locker when you’re done as per the guy working there.
Got sandwiches from Sando Sando. They were interesting. I can see myself coming back if I’m ever in the area to try something else.

This isn’t a restaurant it’s a ghost kitchen. They should start listing places as a ghost kitchen. Google needs to update the info on all these “restaurants” at this location to show takeout only.

This was one of the most disappointing "restaurants" I have ever been to-- it's not even a real restaurant. It's a giant warehouse looking building that you just pick up mediocre food from. There's next to no service, and you just place your order on a tablet. We got egg salad sandos, okonomayaki, and taiyaki and everything was just bland or made incorrectly. Afterwards, my cousin and I both got stomach aches. I don't recommend this place, it's terrible. There isn't even seating, the only tables are these picnic tables in a really smelly area that smells like trash.

Pretty much a fast food take out only place. I’d stick to their sandwiches rather than their bowls. I ordered the pork Katsudon and croquettes. The croquettes were great but the pork was pounded so thin it was like eating pork jerky. Overrall not worth the price but it’s quick takeout

I ordered their chicken katsu over rice, and while the chicken was good, they give very little. Then they load the bowl with rice to make the dish look bigger, a lot of restaurants do this, but for over 15 dollars a plate, it shouldn’t be portioned in a way that’s cheap to the owner and expensive to the customer.

I found it under a different name as Kitsuko Japanese Eatery and ordered a chicken katsu over rice, it was the delicious!

At first, I had a hard time finding it. It's inside a building named Belleville Bites. I tried to update the map. You order at the kiosk and they text you when your food is ready with a link to open the corresponding locker to pick up your food. Interesting concept and zero contact.
I want to say I liked it. I was so excited to try the egg Sando that I could overlook the sloppy packaging. But the taste was not it, and the eating experience was so messy. I did like their mango milk tea, although they seemed to give me extra ice when I asked for less. Overall disappointed. *Maybe* I'll give it another chance if I'm in the area.
