This was out to go place but after renovating or i don't know what but after they reopened we heve been there 3 times and all the time there is something wrong please check twice after you got your order

Multiple times they have messed up my order during late night drive thru ordering. Always double check your order before leaving premises.

One of the staff member (hispanic guy) who works in late night shift at the pickup window is not respectful and does partiality when you ask for extra sauces. He gave extra sauces while flirting with a girl in the car ahead of me by intentionally holding/touching her hands. But when I asked for extra sauces, he said we cant give more than total 6 sauce packets. Note : I had purchased 5 items. When I called him out by telling him how he treated that girl vs me, he closed the window on my face.

I complained to Taco Bell customer care over email by sharing details and submi receipt pic about the incident but they never responded.

Lot of times they have put very small amout of veggies,beans or sauces in the food. Beans and fiesta potatoes seem dry sometimes. While ordering burrito numerous times they have missed to grill it even though I had specifically mentioned that while ordering via drive thru. They have given me fire sauce when I had asked for hot sauces.

Just awful, terrible and old food. Everything was stale - the tortillas were hard and crackly, and everything was cold. Not to mention, THEY ALWAYS FORGET THE HOT SAUCE PACKETS. Get it together.

Every single time I come here they have me pull forward, out of the drive thru, to wait for 5-15 minutes for my food. This is the worst functioning taco bell I've been to, there's so many people working here yet it is the slowest fast food and consistently they get orders wrong. The drive thru is always a huge wait so the fact that an order I ordered on the phone 20 minutes ago STILL ISNT READY, after I waited another 7 minutes in the drive thru, and now I am sitting in front of the damn building waiting for my order STILL is reason enough for this review.

I love tacobell, im a fire tier with 32,000 lifetime points and have been to many different locations in nj and pa and ive tried this location a few times now and with that being said this is genuinely the worst tacobell location i have ever been too, they always take forever causing others to either leave the line or cause a scene and whenever i get my food it genuinely has little to nothing in the taco, today i got a cantina bowl, it is half empty with none of my other additions and even added and when i tried to say something i was given a dirty look and they retreated inside, wont be coming to this location ever again as it is the literal worst experience ive ever had with taco bell.

I was told to wait in the front for my order. Mind you no one was in line. I went around in the front. Saw more and more cars come get their order. The boy with glasses that works there kept coming out giving orders to everyone else. 25 mins went by. At that point I knew he probably gave the order to someone else. I go inside ask for my order. The same boy with glasses who took my order didn't even want to make eye contact with me. Someone else assisted me asking if I wanted to wait they'll make it now. I asked for a refund. They never apologized at all. Where's the professionalism.

The manager with the glasses is unprofessional and rude. She caught an attitude with me because I was confused by her questions. I will call corporate or whomever I need to. She told her cashier of anyone comes with a free taco coupon to go back to the store they got it from. She started by asking me how I get the coupon, knowing only management can give it out , so it gave me a feeling she thought I stole it or shouldn’t have it. She’s bad. Tells me she’s management she can ask what she want.
