Placed an order on the app, went to pick it up & there was a line at the drive thru but it moved quickly. Gave my name at the ordering speaker & drove to the window & they handed me our sodas but the food wasn't ready so they had us park & they brought our food 5 minutes later. I assume it was because my husband didn't want sour cream on anything so our order took a little longer since everything had to be made fresh. Everything was delicious & made correctly.

Terrible service, everything was bad, very bad, I ordered my food 954 to which they instantly gave me my food, it seemed strange and I opened what they gave me, I was careful and I realized that the order was wrong and the Chiken burrito canteen did not bring the chicken or they simply filled it with sauce and vegetables, it is not as it appears in the photos or on the screens I make the complaint and she gets upset saying that she can do whatever she wants, I ask for my money back, she tells me no and when I ask for the receipt she tells me that Nor why did I tell him that I was going to file a complaint, there is no need for a person like that to take charge of a place and the worst thing is, the people told me to call. The police and I simply wanted my food, I lost my dinner, my money, what the hell is the service at that place?

What a shitty service I order my food at 9:54 at night where they give me a taco full of meat and cheese they don't even know where the things are they don't give me my receipt he says he's not going to give it to me why am I filing a complaint it seems to me a lack of respect to the customer no matter how much one wants to do things they always do what they want now the service is terrible and again I reiterate he didn't want to give me the receipt why did I file a complaint no money or food that simple and easy it is here at this Taco Bell

My coworkers ordered taco bell and asked if I wanted any and I said "of course!". It was a perfect moment, maybe even like kismet as some would say, because I was craving it. So, I ordered my usual of Nachos BellGrande and a Crispy Cantina Chicken taco. I ran into the kitchen break room when it arrived in excitement, like a kid running to open their Christmas presents. But much to my utter dismay, I was appalled, when I realized that they forgot the sour cream!!!!! Shame Taco Bell! Shame!!!! How does one eat Nachos BellGrande without sour cream!!! Never again will I order from Taco Bell in Belleville New Jersey! You ruined a perfectly good day!

Workers are so rude, I went up to the cash register to pay with cash and I had a question about my order, the lady didn’t speak Spanish so she told the lady working behind her that I have a question and the lady responded in Spanish “well she needs to wait”. A simple give me one moment would’ve been fine. Highly do not recommend. If you cannot be nice you should not be working in an environment where you have to constantly interact with people.

Horrible .
Went to Taco Bell to get lunch for my daughter . I got a 7$ Luxe box which I’ve gotten numerous times before, this time however it was atrocious. They completely messed up my daughter’s order they gave her the wrong food and the taco was completely crushed with barely any meat in it. I called to speak with the manager and she was as nasty as can be. Her name is Sandra horrible customer service skills I don’t understand how she has a job there She told me to come in after work to get the food replaced when I showed her the picture of the taco she said yeah that’s how it’s supposed to look they only put one scoop of meat in it. She was so rude . No apology at all .

Awful place. I have never seen a bigger group of such miserable people. No one seems to care about customers. No one smiles. Just a terrible vibe. There are tons of places and other Taco Bell's. This location is rotten.
