I have to say out of all the locations, this one is my favorite. The staff is so kind and they are generous with the portions. Everyone is smiling and the environment is clean. I love coming here.

Can’t wrap a burrito. Go elsewhere for a normal size burrito that will actually fill you up for cheaper.

Take out for lunch-the woman behind the counter was putting things on my order.She said we have no vegetables left( I said I will wait ) talk about giving me a dirty look.Mest was cold.When I did get my veggies(sautéed pepper and onion).Sons order was cold also.

This location no longer feels like a Chipotle. The staff are untrained, unprofessional, and lack even the basics of customer service. Every visit feels more like walking into a low-end fast-food chain than a Chipotle that prides itself on quality and hospitality. Feels just like a McDonald’s.

I’m clearly not the only one who feels this way — just look at the Google reviews. The location is sitting at 3.1 stars, and honestly, if things continue the way they are, I wouldn’t be surprised to see that drop even further by the end of the year.

It’s disappointing to see how far this location has fallen. The team needs immediate retraining and stronger management oversight. I will no longer be returning.

Friendly staff; shout out to the server that laughed it off after spilling a little bit of my wife’s burrito. She was begging to salvage the queso, then proceeded to grill him as he made mine. Mine came out flawless 😂

The workers were rude I came in at 9:30, they had no lettuce or gauc and they weren’t gonna give me chips.

We ordered & picked up from the Chipotle in Bellmawr this evening and when I got home and opened the bag there were 2 large orders of chips beyond well done & hard, the guacamole was mostly black and my husband's bowl was extremely salty. I tried contacting the store and their automated system would not put me through to a human. I tried notifying them online and it would not let me upload my photos. Horrible experience!

I live about an away from this chipotle and several exist on my way here. I drive past all of them just to come here. The food is always fresh and amazing. It is hands down the best chipotle possible. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate me (I cannot eat cilantro) and never make it feel like an imposition.

During my visit today I was assisted by Tony and Saraj who were friendly as quick as ever. I was in and out fast even with my complex order. I will make sure to keep coming back.
