Borrito was layered horrendously, literally eating through ingredients, guacamole, then veggies, then cheese, then about 6 lbs of rice, finally found the chicken at the bottom… we’re building burritos, not roads, mix it up a bit

Went in at 9:30 doesn’t close until 11. Said they weren’t taking anymore people because they were understaffed even though there was over 4 employees there and I’ve been there when there’s been 2

I have to took time and review about this place today - I went to this Bellmawr location and ordered a veggie bowl the employee was so rude and not according for service business , and after reading all this bad reviews about this location if I’m going to this same location I would never visit this place again , I value food and I respect it a lot . When people are coming to get food for lunch or dinner they have to be respectful and welcoming.
Suggestions for owner change your employees they don’t want to work and want money only . Hire people who know customer service.
Your store is working just because of your location otherwise no one would choose to come to this location. I have seen so good chipotle locations which are much better than this place in terms of food quality and service . Have to improve many things , and have some surprise visits as well so you would know better .
For customers - don’t visit this location , go to mount laurel or other location , much better than this one .

Only one customer ahead of us. Waited over 20 minutes on the line only to find out they were out or did not want to replenish toppings. Whent to another Chipotle that had their act together.

Arrived for lunch just before noon and ordered a chicken burrito. No one else in line and the place was empty of diners.
It seemed strange that the food item containers were nearly empty already and some looked dry like leftover from the previous day. Chicken was somewhat dry as was some chewy overheated spots on the tortilla wrap.
Cleanliness especially of the grills looked like they hadn't been well cleaned or scraped in some time.
Compared to other Chipotle restaurants I've been to including MD, PA and NJ, this Bellmawr spot is struggling for better management. Disappointing.

Staff makes it feels like you're bothering them, went in at 7:30 (well before 11 pm closing) and the ingredient bar was either empty or had the saddest looking ingredients you've ever seen, employees were cleaning the kitchen like they were closing up for the night. My lettuce was gross and wilted, the veggies were burnt. The area by the soda fountain was incredibly gross, it looked like someone had splashed tobasco sauce everywhere. Had similar service last time I was here. I will not be going to this chipotle ever again

Go into this location to order food. They have all the materials to make a quesadilla and would not make it for me, they insisted I must order online. Absolutely ridiculous

I have eaten this bowl many times and it was a good experience.
Tonight AWFUL
I think the rice wasn't completely cooked. Each mouthful had what felt like rocks. The lettuce was wilted.
Just terrible. I do not think I will go back.

Food was quick but register was not speaking load enough. Credit card wouldn't go through and register person had terrible attitude. Then receipt is done before the payment goes through so I ask for a receipt because I have to swipe it 3 times and I dont want it to go through multiple times and register person says its already in the bag. How can it be in the bag if I just swiped. She says it goes through before it actually pays. Now my receipt doesn't show that it was paid. She should have printed it after I asked for it showing it was paid. Not happy

When you come into our Chipotle... You're an inconvenience. Whoever has the unfortunate task of scooping your food together drew the short straw that shift. Most of the time when you are the only customer waiting, it is actually US that's waiting for you to LEAVE so we can keep pretending to work while the supervisor isn't paying much care if they're even here at the time. I love telling customers that walk in and ask for a quesadilla NO- gotta order that on the app ONLY *snicker*. Customers complaining makes me wonder why they even came to begin with. (Capturing the culture of this Chipotle). I've frequented this location a handful of times and each time this has been the vibe and this review has been earned.

Asked if they could mix the ingredients, simple no would have safised, but instead I got a nasty look and ignorant response to just order what I want.
Girl behind the register needs an attitude adjustment.
Next time I'll go to Panchero.
