“I have recently become a frequent customer of Al Baraka and Falafel king next door. The market has quality meat selection for great prices and I prefer it to other grocery stores. The owners are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Abu Tata is always generous in helping me pick products! Abu Said has gone out of his way to make me a special order of knafeh (kunafa) which has become my new favorite dessert in the world! I have since tried it from other shops and restaurants but no where makes it as good as Al Baraka! I recommend everyone stop in and shop around and try something different! And definitely try the knafeh because it is out of this world!”

“The food was solid. Our server was efficient and pleasant. The holiday decor was tasteful and classically done. The initial sticker shock of the prices was quelled by soup or salad being included with my entree and the same plus dessert for my wife's.”

“I received a menu in the mail and decided to try one of their 'Box Lunch' specials for $11.99. I went with the No.3 which included any hot sub, fries or chips and a fountain drink. I got the veal parmigiana with fries. The veal was not veal cutlet, but veal patty, which to my surprise was actually very good. It was on a full size Italian roll with plenty of mozzarella cheese and tasty sauce. The fries were excellent. Cooked right and not at all greasy. The portions were more than adequate, especially for a 'special'. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I was overcharged. It was my first time there and that was not a good start. The associate did apologize and did refund the difference. The service was friendly and the place (including the restroom) was very clean.”
