It depends on who you are if you are greeted when entering the restaurant, the coffee is not always fresh/hot. About 3 employees out of the whole store from morning to evening shift will try to meet the customers needs. Bathrooms need a deep cleaning along with adults cleaning behind themselves. Employees should know to deep clean overnight while waiting for customers during slow periods. The elderly guy who does the cleaning does a great job making sure the parking lot is free of debris and inside of the dining area floor is spotless. Overall some people need be retrain on customer service dealing with all people from different cultures and backgrounds. The hashbrowns need to be cooked to order not made and sitting in the warmer then served too hard) Ugh. Prices are pretty affordable.

Watered down coffee, all you tase is cream. They keep straws and napkins behind the counter so you have to ask for them. If you complain about something there they speak to each other in there own language so you don't know what they are saying. Very rude! Could be cleaner.
