Me,and my boyfriend stopped here today and my boyfriend ordered an ice coffee with Splenda ,abd u sweetend hazel nut shots, is a diabetic, and when my boyfriend looked he noticed that they put regular sugar,so he said something and they remade it,and as we are driving my boyfriend sugar was getting high,and i think they even messed up on the shots for. Basically I paid money for my boyfriend to almost get a bad reaction from their mistake.that was a big mistake.i am so pissed because it could have been really bad for him. Definitely not happy right now.i wish I could have given no stars

This is one of the worst run Dunkin DonutsIn the industry. I travel the nation, and I can tell you that this is not only the slowest, dirtiest, non caring franchise I have ever encountered - they seem indifferent to the customers that they serve. Bathrooms are filthy, donuts are stale , and the coffee is bitter.GO TO THE one up 168. Next town - much better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$ HERE
Don't be misled by the 4-star reviews like I was. Stopped here for breakfast; I've had Dunkin' hundreds of times before at various other locations. The food here that our entire family ordered all tasted absolutely terrible and all ended up in the garbage. Even the coffee was watery and awful.Would not recommend.

I went there today before work to use my coupon for a free frozen coffee and also purchased a apple crumb donut. A woman rung me up. When I got to work and opened my bag, there was a long peice of black hair wrapped around my donut (the same hair color of the woman at the register). I immediately called the store. The same woman answered the phone and asi was explaining (very calmly) she hung up on me. I called back thinking we got disconnected. I explained to her that there is a long hair on my donut. The woman said absolutely NOTHING. Either she sat on the phone in silence or put the phone down just ignored me completely. I am DONE spending my money at foreign owned franchises. They come to the country to take our money and thats it. They have no knowledge in customer service or how to handle things properly and could care less. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm done with Dunkins for now on. Only supporting American owned business.

Usually pretty good here, its right by my work so I'm here everyday. Ive had a bunch of $5 coffees ive poured right down the drain. Honestly becoming less reliable lately, my mobile order name is danny y. Always get a lattee but its super inconsistent. Meaning that it either has to much chocolate or to much milk or to much coffee. Its never the same 2 days in a row.
