Not sure which Time Square the name is referring to because no NYer would eat these bagels. They would laugh at how ridiculously tiny they are and so flavorless. Pretty sure my chocolate chip bagel only had 5 chips in the entire bagel. Shrink-flation is real. Use to be a decent spot now I'd rather drive an hour north and get a bagel worth eating. Extremely slow service like some other have said too. Not busy but now I know why.

Food was decentService was a bit slowPurchased an iced tea and half way through drinking it I realized it was over a month expired. Told the employee it was over a month expired and was met with, āThanks for letting us knowā. No offer for a refund or to make it right.
