Ever since the new owners took over this place, the level of detail throughout the experience has really exceeded expectations. Every single pizza slice I've ordered here has been exceptional, their staff incredibly friendly and accommodating and I just can't think of a better pizza place in the area that offers this level of service. This place is amazing. When I moved to the area 3 years ago it took awhile to find a great pizza, Vero has the best pizza around. Tonight I switched it up and had their chicken parmesan, hands down amazing. Not only is the food amazing, the customer service is also great, they call when the food is ready so you get it when it’s fresh and hot! The restaurant is always clean inside and everyone that works there has the best personality. I love that they show you the pizza when you pick it up too, to show you how good it looks and make sure you’re satisfied before leaving the restaurant, if you’re looking for a pizza or any type of food, look no further, Vero is the spot to go!
This was a 7 in my book there pizza has a lot of flavor just the rite amount of sauce and cheese! It would have been an 8 or above if the crust was crispy. The dough was light and taste great !if it was more crisp it would be better!

Based off reviews I ordered the trio Sicilian and we were not disappointed. I have never tasted anything like it, delicious! My husband said the guy at the counter was awesome. He gave us a courtesy call to let us know our order was ready. Didn't know you could dine in, we will definitely be stopping in.

After seeing so many photos posted online about their Trio pizza I had to try. Best pizza ever! Could taste the flavors of the three different sauces in every bite. Crust was thicker, but perfectly cooked and crunchy on the bottom. Will be my new stopping point on the way home from the shore.

This was our first visit to Vero, first impression upon entering was excellent. The front counter, cooking area, and dining area were all clean, inviting, and in general the whole place looked like it is well cared for.The customer service was 5 star plus. We placed our order for dine in. When dining in the staff brings the food to you as each item you ordered is ready.We had a big order it was a Saturday night and the place was very busy. As busy as they were our whole order was served to us within 30 minutes of ordering. That to me was impressive for an order that consisted of; 1 order of Ravioli with a side salad, 1 bacon cheeseburger with fries, 1 order of mild wings, 1 order of BBQ wings, 1 cheesesteak American cheese wit, 2 slices of plain pizza, and a whole Sicilian Trio pie.The ratings; Ravioli and side salad, 5 stars. This dish was more of what I would have expected at an Italian restaurant not at a neighborhood Pizzeria. The Ravioli had melted Mozzarella cheese and what tasted like homemade pasta sauce. The side salad to me really showed that ownership has pride. It wasn't just lettuce and dressing. The croutons tasted homemade, it comes with garlic bread.Bacon cheeseburger with fries 5 stars. Again better than all other Pizzeria Bacon cheeseburgers we've had. Decent size, cooked so that it's juicy, and the fries were golden.The wings, surprise, 5 stars. Some places have wings that are small, like pinky finger small. Not Vero, an order of 10 wings is more than an appetizer, they fill ya up. The wings were tender and the sauces both were generous and tasty.Cheesesteak American cheese wit (fried onions) 4 stars. Flavorful and the right amount of fried onions. Would have been 5 stars for me if it had 1 or 2 more onces of meat and a Liscio's roll. I can't confirm it wasn't a Liscio's roll but my opinion it wasn't. I definitely recommend their cheesesteak and I feel bad about the 4 star but that's only my personal opinion.2 slices of plain; 5 stars because the crust was crunchy and most importantly for me the crust was thin! Perfect amount of cheese to sauce ratio. I definitely want to go back and order a whole pie.The reason we came here. Trio has 3 different sauces (Pesto, Tomato, Vodka) perfectly blended resulting in a new and delicious flavor with every bite. I rate the Sicilian Trio Pizza as a "must try". Don't just get a slice, even if you're not very hungry, get a whole pie because it's just as good the next day.Our dine in experience at Vero was very pleasant. My first time here, a friend of my wife's, told her she heard about this place on Facebook. She told my wife to try the Sicilian Trio Pizza. When we entered I could see right away the dinning, counter, and cooking are was clean. Very good first impression. They didn't have any slices of the Trio, so we ordered a whole pie. We also ordered a cheesesteak, American cheese wit fried onions, bacon cheeseburger that comes with fries, mild wings, BBQ wings, Ravioli (comes with a side salad), and two slices of plain pizza. I'll give my stars based on a 5 star scale. Our order was placed at 6:12 p.m., dine in and we completed our meals at 7:14 p.m. They proved top quality food in a timely manner on what looked to be a busy Saturday night. If you order in, they bring you your order as the individual items are ready. First to arrive at 6:16, just 4 minutes after ordering where the two plain slices. 4 stars (for me, Mack's Pizza Wildwoods Boardwalk is a 5 star) I was impressed with the crust. We ordered pre-made slices at the counter. Usually, I order a whole pie and I request thin crust because unfortunately many pizza places nowadays the crust is thick and chewy. These slices the crust was thin and crunchy, cheese had good flavor, and a perfect amount of sauce. Very good for slices from the counter I look forward to ordering a whole pie on my next visit. The bacon cheese burger and fries. 4 stars. It's a good bacon cheeseburger. Decent size, cooked so still juicy, and the fries were crisp and not soggy. Above the average of most pizza places. The BBQ wings and the mild wings. 5 stars. They are good-sized wings. An order of 10 is enough for one average person (average as in not some huge dude that could win an eating contest). They had a generous amount of sauce, and they were cooked perfectly. I hate dry wings and these were not dry. The cheesesteak American cheese wit fried onions. 4 stars. I assume most people from Philly and the South Jersey area considered themselves cheesesteak experts, I know I am very picky when it comes to cheesesteaks. The cheesesteak had good flavor, the fried onions didn't overpower the sandwich, the meat was tender, and not greasy. I would have given this cheesesteak 5 stars if it had an ounce or 2 more meat and a different brand of roll. I prefer a Liscio's roll. If I had a guess I think they are using Deluxe rolls, that's not confirmed, as I said just my guess. The Ravioli and side salad. 5 stars. This was very good for a pizza place, actually I don't think I would consider this a typical pizza place, the Ravioli propelled them into the small restaurant category. They don't just serve Ravioli in a dish with pizza sauce on top. They serve Ravioli with melted Mozzarella cheese and what seemed to me to be house made pasta sauce. They actually spend time on the side salad. The croutons tasted as if they were made there and the salad is served with garlic bread sticks that are perfect to soak up the extra pasta sauce when your done your Ravs. I'd like to come back and order a pasta with one if thier sauces, I'm curious if the pasta is served Al dente, they way I like it. Now for what we came here for, the Sicilian Trio Pizza, 5 stars. It's called the "Trio" because they use 3 different types of sauce. Pesto, Vodka, and Tomatoe sauce. It's a Sicilian Pizza but the dough is light and crunchy. It's not the type of Sicilian that after one slice you feel like you ate a lead weight. Every bite is a different enjoyable taste as you experience the 3 different sauces. The Trio along with all of our orders was 100% worth the 20 minute drive and I'm glad we ordered a whole pie because now we have leftovers for breakfast tomorrow. Lastly the service, 5 plus stars. This pizza was DEVINE. I had saw it on fb when I first moved to the area and couldn’t wait to try it. It did not disappoint.Also, I ordered a little funny & they called to confirm how I wanted the pizza made which was soooo nice of them. I appreciate the above and beyond customer service. I can’t wait to try more off the menu! But I’m already planning to invite my sisters over JUST so I have an excuse to buy this pizza again. Soooo goooood.
