Having had a less-than-great experience at a Yummy Yummy in MA, I was a little hesitant to try this one. But I’m glad I did. The space was clean, well-lit, and had a welcoming feel—simple but not run-down, economical without feeling cheap.
The person at the counter took my order and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I stepped outside for a call, and when the food arrived, it looked fresh. The rice was moist, the pepper curry was flavorful and balanced, and they even included an egg roll, which was also tasty. While they had condiments available, the food stood well on its own.
After finishing my meal, I thanked them—and they thanked me back with such warmth that it was both funny and heartwarming. As someone visiting from out of town, this was a worthwhile stop. At the end of my trip… Yummy Yummy!

Love, the fact that they have yellow rice very hard to come by near me in Ocean County like the chicken and broccoli however, a little bit too much oil broccoli could’ve been a little harder and the one special price is just a little bit on the higher side
