This girl is real hero, Claudia(?)….line through the door, and she is BYHERSELF!!! managed line to move pretty fast. No one even noticed that she is alone, smiled with real shine in her eyes… you can tell she is tired, but still glowing

So good that we had to come twice in our 3 day vacation!

Save yourself the grief and go to Dairy Queen instead — same quality and the employees are at least trained with some form of structure.

I love their pick up option (Belmar 9th Ave) due to long lines during high volume times, but there’s no designated pick up region so you have to go out of your way to interrupt an already miserable team member that is purposely ignoring you — even when low volume. They need to retrain all members, including leadership, to at very minimum make eye contact with customers if they’re not going to greet anyone when they come into the building. You’d hope that this would already be a standard operating policy, but after many visits with the same behavior (most of it stemming from seemingly leadership members) — it’s evidently not. Another time prior to this, I had to interrupt unfortunately to ask where to pick up. The older woman responded like I just spit in her face, “uh, well do you even have a pick up?” Like… oh no, I’m just standing here asking dumb questions to waste my time?

They should also have someone going out at least 2x during their work day to clean up the sitting region. There’s trash literally everywhere, which is even more disturbing than normal for a beach front business.

great ice cream, unfortunately didn’t have the flavor I wanted which was a bit disappointing for peak summer season. Also, one of the older ladies working there was not particularly kind to child I saw getting ice cream as well as her staff - be kind folks!

Yummy spot for some ice cream right on the boardwalk. They have a wonderful array of tasty flavors and there was no line when we went. It is a little expensive, though not horrible considering the boardwalk. Would recommend if craving a sweet treat!

Enjoyed a delicious ice cream cone here today! The fresh, colorful sprinkles only made this treat even more delightful on a hot day at the beach! Service was fast. Staff were friendly. Make this your next go-to ice cream stop!

I loved this place, it's a cute little shop with so many options. I got the salted caramel pretzel with cookie dough and it was delicious. The cookie dough was so soft, and very generously placed. The ice cream had the perfect amount of caramel, and the pretzels in it were such a nice touch. It really enhanced the flavor of the ice cream, and they were even covered in chocolate. The staff was also nice, and not greedy with the amount of ice cream they gave me. Overall it was one of the best ice creams I've ever had, and if you are in the area you HAVE to try it out.
