Congratulations on having the most hardworking and pleasant employee- Marisa! We went there today, and she was working alone, helping all the customers and making the treats. She never missed a beat, and served everyone with a smile! That young lady deserves a raise!

My experience at this Dairy Queen was far from pleasant. I ordered my mini cookie dough blizzard and a water bottle- I was informed they didn’t have water bottles but the kid behind the counter offered me a “fountain water.” It tasted like it came straight from a dirty sink & he charged me $4!!! Is this even legal to charge for tap water?? Disgusting practice.

This is not the first time I had a bad experience at this location but it was quite some time since my last visit there so I figured to give it another chance. Nope! Manager has no clue has to run the place. She should not be left there as the only one in charge when she doesn't even know how to pull up an online order(something the store offers). Hangs up the phone on you while your mid conversation. I personally will never be going there again.

Really terrible experience, really shocked at the way the kids who work in this store behave with customers, really no sense of service, I understand that these poor teenagers have to work to survive, or maybe go through a difficult teenage period , or maybe you're just not qualified to do such work. but this in no way justifies their behavior towards customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this Store
