Great selections at the salad bars that we decided to stick with them and we're not disappointed in the least. The soups, salads, cheeses, and hot items were truly delicious! I've got to remember to go back and sit at the bar to enjoy their numerous happy hour specials! Enjoy!!!

As a Brazilian, I can confidently say this is one of the most authentic and delicious Brazilian churrascos I've had outside of Brazil! The quality of the meats is outstanding , and cooked to perfection. The drinks are also great, don't skip the caipirinha! A special shoutout to our server André. He always goes out of his way to make us feel welcome and taken care of, remembering our favorites and making sure that pão de queijo (cheese bread!) is always on our table. He's always nice and makes every visit worth it! Highly recommend this place — not just for the food, but for the entire experience.

All of the food is absolutely delicious and top quality, the atmosphere is spacious and not overcrowded, and the staff are very friendly. Our waitress Laura was so sweet and lovely, she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed right away. I am so full, and I can't wait to come back

Disappointing Experience Despite Good Meat
We were really looking forward to dining here for Mother’s Day, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. We waited far too long to be seated—despite pointing out an open set table ourselves which we ultimately ended up being seated at anyway.
The hot and cold buffet options were uninspired and just average at best. Service was incredibly slow throughout the evening; we had to request basic items multiple times before they finally arrived. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was blasting directly on us the entire time, making the meal uncomfortable and rushed us really out (not sure if this is intentional).
Including a 20% mandatory gratuity (especially for a party of 3) seems inappropriate. Looking for additional tip on top of that is most likely one of those unfortunate practices you would hope restaurants would avoid (btw, you don’t get a menu when you sit down that outlines any of this).
On the bright side, the meats were genuinely very good—well-cooked and flavorful. But unfortunately, the poor service and lackluster overall experience overshadowed the one highlight. Would not return.

Server/waitress was bad period asking to many times bring water ,cheeses from salad bar was there for long time , Rodizio meats pork ribs , lamb, beef are bad period , beef was select not choice For service and food paid $350 is too much

Easily the best Brazilian steakhouse I’ve been to in NJ. Biggest selection of meats being brought table side until you tap out. Huge salad bar with an additional hot sides bar. I’ve been to Brazilian steakhouses in a few other states, this is how they are and should be. Most in Jersey are cheaper versions of this. Go here, eat meat until you sweat. Enjoy!!!

What a great surprise! For our 40th anniversary our friends gave use a gift certificate. Well, we finally used it after looking at this place for over 8 years orior with those flames out side. I was scared about eating that much food. Well it was awesome 👏. Salad bar was over top and the meat and presentation and quality was tremendous.
We’ll be back !

We love Flames. We really love that it’s free for kids. My husband and I went for his birthday and because our kids are young, they ate for free. We love rare steak and when we asked for rare that was certainly what we got. I also always love the grilled pineapple. My son loved the chicken salad in the salad bar. This is our go-to spot for birthdays and special celebrations and it never disappoints. So many choices in the salad bar/hot buffet area but don’t fill up too much or you won’t have room for all of the delicious meats!

It's my first time at this Brazilian steakhouse in Belmar the food is very good, many options on the hot buffet, cold salad bar and all the meats come to my table very flavory and juicy They cook the meats at your favorite temperature so good The grill pineapple and grill cheese are fabulous Worth every penny of you spend
