The bagel was good, but there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom and staff was dismissive about it

When they first opened up they had a guy in the kitchen 2nd to none the best he left so did the quality and quantity, my advise find him again to get your 5 star rating again.

Got the texmex burrito and instead of chorizo it was just a cut up hotdog and no chorizo. The burrito was not well wrapped and all of the ingredients were poorly placed. The first half was just bites of hotdog and then the rest was the pico. Definitely was not made properly.

Undercooked doughy bagels! Fire whoever makes your bagels!

First, I had ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese and an egg bagel with bacon and egg with ketchup. The sesame bagel came stale with too much cream cheese overloaded with cream cheese actually and my bacon and egg had barely any bacon on it and cheese on it, which I don’t eat. They did give me a refund and we didn’t want the sesame bagel remade, but I had my bacon egg remade and then it came burnt with no ketchup on it. My egg bagel looked like a dark wheat bagel. Terrible experience I would not recommend this place at all. The people were really nice, but whoever is working in the kitchen needs to step up their game because customers should not deal with a horrible experience like that I drove 10 minutes back and forth twice just to not be satisfied.

We went with my friend Albin and the Squirrels to enjoy a delicious breakfast, prepared by great chefs, everything very rich, fresh and pleasant. The ladies who served us were not only super beautiful, but also very attentive. We will definitely be back soon.

I’ve been to this place a few times and even work in the same plaza, so I was honestly really disappointed by my recent experience. I got a flat tire and couldn’t physically make it to pick up my order, so I called to explain the situation and ask if it could be refunded. After waiting a few minutes on hold, I finally spoke to a manager who either didn’t understand or didn’t seem to grasp that I literally couldn’t get to the restaurant. The only response I got was, “Well, you can come in whenever you can today and pick it up.”

That felt dismissive, especially given the circumstances and the fact that I’ve been a returning customer. Emergencies happen, and the lack of understanding or flexibility was extremely disappointing. Honestly, it makes me think twice about coming back.

Went to the belmar location and ordered the french toast and I literally bit into straight batter. Not cooked, unacceptable. Bacon and Egg was good though.

Joes is the best!!! Jen and Trinity are rockstars — no better bagel/sandwich in town.❤️

Jen and Trinity are amazing, such good service! We loved our Squan Wraps and the bagels are some of the best NJ has to offer

Why do I love Joe’s Bagel & Grill? Let me count the ways. 1. They have a wonderful assortment of bagels. You can count on finding your favorite bagel. 2. The bagels are delicious. Being Jewish, I know great bagels from not so great. I was born with a bagel in my mouth. They are the perfect size. Not too small or big. 3. Their prices are very competitive. 4. I have been a loyal customer for years. As I walk from my car to their front door, they see me coming and my bagel is waiting for me in a bag cut the way I like. 5. The staff could not be more warm and endearing. They make you feel like family. Try them. You won’t be sorry.

This place sucks lol
They skimp you so much on the breakfast sandwiches mind you they are one of the pricier places for this so it doesn’t make sense. Has happened to me several times now so I lost faith in this place. Also the bagels used to be so good what even happened

Joe’s, unfortunately, has definitely gone downhill. Their once big, fluffy bagels are no more & they’ve become thin & tasteless. We used to be huge fans of Joe’s Bagels, but since their food has gotten smaller & smaller & the prices gets higher & higher, I would rather spend my money somewhere else. They have also messed up our bagel orders many times in the past (bagels aren’t hard to toast up!) & it seems like their staff is careless & doesn’t either doesn’t listen or simply doesn’t care. It’s sad bc you can get better & bigger bagels at shoprite nowadays.

I ordered an egg salad sandwich on a roll, this is one of my favorite things to order for a late breakfast. Amazing, outstanding, absolutely so delicious. The egg salad was sooooo good and I get this so many places. This was the best egg salad I have ever ordered out. Ever. Great job.
