Passed by as we were driving to Asbury Park and had to stop and try them. I follow them on IG and love to see all their posts of their delicious looking donuts. Walked in and on the right of the store they have a display of all the current donuts. They have so many different varieties! Most of them I believe are cake donuts, but their eclair type donuts are yeast donuts. I like both types, I don't discriminate any type of donut. The variety was overwhelming....do I get a seasonal pumpkin cheesecake, or a classic chocolate frosted with sprinkles??? It took us a good while to decide on the one. We ended up getting a chocolate frosted eclair donut. OMG....it was a solid choice. It was big, enough for us to split. It was warm and just so good. They split their filled donuts in half instead of injecting them with cream. There was a good amount of cream to donut ratio. The donut was so fresh. I definitely want to try other types, but since it was not a planned stop and we were going to be eating in a little bit. Looking forward to going back and trying some other varieties.

Absolutely amazing donuts!!!! I have Celiac so gluten free along with cross contamination is huge for me. They prepare the gluten free donuts separate from the other donuts. And so many donuts can be made gluten free! I got the gluten free churro, french toast, and triple chocolate and my friend got the black and white cookie donut!!! Sooooo good, friendly staff, adorable shop!!! Will definitely be back!

We were looking for gluten free donuts while we were in Belmar and came across Main Street Donuts. We ordered a dozen donuts and a half dozen gluten free. They keep the donuts separate and change gloves etc. My daughter felt very comfortable with the GF procedures they had. Both sets of donuts were so good and fresh. The toppings are plentiful and perfect. The young women that worked there was so helpful when we asked for donut suggestions. Can't wait to go back again.

Delicious donuts with a very extensive menu. My sister goes here all the time when at the shore, and brought us here for the first time. Lots of gluten free options, and the Boston cremee and holy cannoli flavors were yummy. Owner was very nice and took the time to get to know us while he made our donuts. Would definitely go back!

I placed an order for 50 donuts for our last minute party, and they were amazing! I actually always went to a local donut shop who is known for their specialty donuts but for me this place is worth the 35 min drive! The donuts were executed perfectly and on time. Everyone was raving about them at the party, especially the raspberry filled, maple glaze and eclairs! I am a lifelong customer now!

I have Celiac Disease so I cannot have Gluten and there are gluten free donuts here! They are delicious, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my last order I got "Glutened"Either the donut was not gluten free or from cross contamination. I will go back eventually. For now I am sticking with Broad Street Dough Co in Ocean, The best Donuts ever and they have their own "Vlugen" donuts which are vegan and gluten free, Ive been there a million times and never once have I gotten sick there. Main street Donuts, I have been to 4 times and got sick once so I'm hesitant. I never said anything to the shop about it, the owner is so nice too.

This was a small spot that made a number of different and unique donuts. They were made to order so it took some time for everything to be ready. The service was friendly and apologized for the delay even though it was not long at all. Four donuts were ordered and each was of good size.Belmar Bomb ($2.85) - This was a chocolate donut with dulce de leche filing topped with a chocolate drizzle and a sprinkle of toffee. This was not good at all. I am not sure if it was the dulce de leche or toffee, but it just did not work for me.Key Lime Pie - This was a vanilla donut with key lime filling topped with vanilla dip and graham cracker crumbs. This was very tasty. The key lime filling was thick and went well with the donut base. Everything went well with one another. I would have preferred a few more graham cracker crumbs.Lemon Poppyseed - This was another vanilla donut dipped in a lemon glaze sprinkled with poppy seeds. This was another tasty treat. The lemon glaze was sweet, but the presence of the poppy seeds did just enough to offset that a little bit.Peanut Butter & Jelly - This was a vanilla donut filled with raspberry jelly and topped with a vanilla drizzle and homemade peanut butter buttercream. This was unreal. The homemade peanut butter buttercream just put this over the top. It was thick and creamy, but not too heavy. Will I go back? Easily.
You have an incredible amount of preselected, fresh off the press donuts and you kinda want to try them all. Not to mention you can create your own if you have the desire. Lovely staff. Would recommend placing big orders online to save on time. Favorite would have to be the Payday!

So I visited the Belmar location on Sunday 3/19.. the two girls there first off were amazing!! The young lady making my donuts was very helpful with answering all my questions about the products.. her 2 recommendations were the best one’s in the box!! If I could give more then 5 stars I would.. even a day later the donuts are fresh and delicious.. I recommend you go try them you won’t be disappointed!!

Customer service is great! When I went in they said they make all their donuts fresh, I was super excited for this but what they meant was we have all the donuts pre fried then dress it with the toppings you like to order. Non the less they tasted pretty fresh but I wasn't crazy about the texture. They are cake donuts which are more dense than ur classic light airy fluffy donut. And I wish the cream fillings and jellies were made frssh

Make sure to study the menu and know what you want before going. The menu is extensive. So many options and they all sound so good. I was in the mood for my standard vanilla frosted with sprinkles but got so much more. The owner was so nice and took her time making each one. They are all made to order! Prices weren't bad, they are discounted the more you buy. I was there in the fall so there was no line. I'm sure it's packed in the summer.
