New Years Eve....I work in the service industry, I want to start by saying you took service recovery to another level making it a great experience. With that said we arrived with a party of 5 and we only had a table of 4. Management came and brought another table rectifying it immediately. My filet was ordered Medium, came out rare 3 times when Management came out and cooked it themselves perfectly. Although I do have to say for some odd reason Although alcohol was included..we...
Went last week for Dinner with Santa! It was phenomenal……the decorations are beautiful and the Santa was the best ever!! He was so sweet and patient with the kids that ever if they were afraid initially, they were climbing on his lap buy the end of the evening! I can’t rave enough about what a fun experience it was. Sign us up for next year!!
