Actually, the customer service of a young woman who works in the place was very impolite and rude! That's why I wouldn't visit that place nor do I recommend it apart from being rude that they don't have low.

The food was disappointing and below expectations. The front desk staff was rude, which made the experience even worse. The only reason I stayed was because I was there with a friend. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.

The most rude place in Belmar. I've been calling this place for weeks. Food was pretty good and I always tipped the drivers well. Tonight I got the most rude person on the phone telling me I had to pay for noodles I didn't ask for. He screamed at me also. When I called for a Mgr she was no help and told me she didn't care if I ordered at their place or not! Please do not waste your money on this rude and insulting business to Belmar! I will be going g to Triple Green right down the street! Food is much better and the people aren't rude!

So the person who took the order spoke English but still got it wrong. Upon asking questions she was annoyed and rushed.Ok then got the order wrong.Fine they did come and bring the small chicken and broccoli however they took the a small shrimp back now I didn't care but thats gross they don't know if I handle it or not who knows what they do with it.And they asked did you open?Of course I was going to eat it I have to open it da! So order by phone is not great

I came in there w my spouse got a 1/2 a chicken w house fried rice. 1/2 chicken has a breast, wing, thigh, & a leg was missing the breast. He also got house special fried rice no flavor. I got the fried wings w pork fried rice, pork fried rice had no flavor. Will not be going back.
