I recently found myself at Tailgator’s. I just wanted to come on here and apologize for my previous review because their service was wonderful. I was not present when the sandwhich incident happened, but I wrote the review for my grandmother. The accidental charge for the sandwhich resulted in a refund, and now being in person at the restaurant and meeting these extremely friendly people has changed my perspective. I am truly sorry for my last post, go visit tailgtor’s!

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but wow—Tailgator’s pork roll egg and cheese might be the best I have ever tasted. I have come back every day since last week just to get my hands on one of those. And the cheesesteak? Impeccable. If you find yourself in the area, Tailgator’s is definitely a place you should try.

Accused my grandmother of stealing her sandwich. She was embarrassed so she paid again. Then we went online on her bank and showed them she paid twice. No apology, just rude, like they were being bothered. Can’t wait until this place goes out of business and something decent comes in. The food is also gross.

FOOD POISIN. DONT RISK. Saw them pour french fries from bag they had stored on the dirty floor they walk on.Couple with us also had hair in their food at bubbakoos in the same building during same lunch date. Must be same managemnt clearly not safely handling food. STEAR CLEAR!

Just had a horrible experience at Scoops. We asked for a vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup for my kids. She walked away from us and ignored us. When we asked her a few more times she said "no I only do a simple milkshake." We then said okay just a vanilla milkshake and she said "no." She continued to refuse us service. My kids were very upset by the situation. Do not go here. Do not spend your money here. The workers were very disrespectful.

The worst customer service. Asked for BBQ sauce for my grilled chicken sandwich on the side. The most rudest woman refused to give it to me and insisted on charging me $2. When I say rude, I mean RUDE. Will never go back and hope others consider this review and think twice before giving them the business.

I have 3 little kids under 4 and they refuse to give me an extra cup without charging me. The first time this happened last summer I thought it was maybe just a rude server, but it happened again just now. They'll never get my business again!
