We enjoy bagels from this shop, but made the mistake of trying chicken tenders to go. They were completely burnt and inedible (picture makes it look better than they were). Disappointing that they would even package these up…

I have to say the quality of the bagels here is seriously the best around. Haven’t had a satisfying breakfast sandwich in forever and this place definitely does it for me. It’s my second time ordering and I just wanna say thankyou bc you can definitely tell the people here care about the quality of the food! Not getting my breakfast sandwiches anywhere else anymore

Order was incorrect and parts of my egg platter were cooked completely opposite of what I asked for. One of the ladies had a major attitude problem. We felt uncomfortable there and will not be returning.

Went there this past weekend with my kids for bagels. We found this to be full of rude male workers. As I was ordering bagels my wife chimed in to add the kids order (the guy helping me didn’t even acknowledge her). Then later my son was holding the door open for maybe 30 seconds- the man behind the counter yelled at him to close the door because they had the AC on. This man behind the counter continued to yell at my son while he was holding the door open for us to walk out. Very rude bagel shop. Then to top it off we had ordered some bagels with butter which they forgot to add so we ended up just buying a thing of butter there for 8 dollars! Insane. Not a kind atmosphere will not have my money or service again.
