Went through the drive-thru. Got a medium coffee cream and sugar, the associate sounded depressed for some reason. Took a little bit to get my coffee. While drinking my coffee, it was leaking around the lip of the lid of where the mouth piece is located. Now that they have the paper cups back, it seems that the paper cups are being crushed by the associate's as they're putting the lids on. Never happened when I used to purchase my coffee and the coffee came in their foam cups?...read full review
3 out of 5... they almost always forget something on my order.... I'm still always willing to go back, though, because I like to give the benefit of the doubt. Also, I ordered 2 frozen Mocha coffees, and I swear the whole "coffee" was Mocha syrup. Maybe it was a new person, but I had to throw them both out and did not attempt to get my money back or a replacement. I lost out on that one.

Stopped in for an iced coffee and used the ladies room. I opened the door and was shocked at how clean and fresh smelling it was. Easily the cleanest public bathroom I’ve ever been in. And the staff on this Sunday afternoon (10-1-2023) were exceptionally friendly. Coffee was great as well!
