Best customer service here! The owner has literally re-opened his store on more than one occasion for me to just run in and buy cigarettes (I arrived after closing but he was still there). He's hooked my kid up with free candy before and all the cashiers that I've seen are all nice and quick. I highly suggest going to this Skoogys. Definitely the better option of the two stores. The staff is friendlier and there are large improvements to the store. The one up town is dirty, dingy and the remodel is terrible. Stick to downtown.
