Yesterday I brought my high school students to experience real Italian food. I am from Rome, and I usually do not eat pizza in the States. Well, I was truly surprised by how good Culto Italiano’s pizza was. Besides the incredible kindness of Corrado, Angelo (and Vincenzo!), who went above and beyond to accommodate us, the pizza, the panuozzi, and the sfogliatelle they made for us were unbelievably good! This was honestly the best Neapolitan-style pizza I’ve had in both New York and New Jersey. We tried the Pizza Tartufata, and it was absolutely outstanding. Every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh and high quality - from the prosciutto to the truffle and cheeses. The flavors were perfectly balanced.
