This by far the worst experience after they make me wait for my kids food for 2 hours saying that was here and the driver was on the way the food never arrived we call and the person who answered the phone was really rude and disrespectful

This is the 2nd bad experience I've had with delivery. Both times took over an hour and the food arrived cold. The 2nd time I had to call because the app indicated it had been delivered (it wasn't) and was told they do that at the store due to several orders being delivered at once. Do not order here.

I order a pizza at 7:40 pm for delivery, it is now 9:35 pm and I have not received the pizza yet. Terrible service, I will never ever order a pizza from them.

Im not one to typically leave reviews but this place is strange. ive never ordered from this location but the papa johns app defaulted to this one for some reason. the weirdness started when i checked the tracker and it said it would be delivered at 3am ( i ordered at 9 pm) They then proceeded to not answer the phone after multiple calls so i couldnt even cancel my order. thankfully the pizza did arrive in a little under an hour. the bread sticks came over done but not inedible. but my pizza... they added pineapple to my pizza for seemingly no reason AND A LOT OF IT?!?! as well as it being also overbaked. BUT WHY SO MUCH PINEAPPLE i couldn't even see the pizza underneath.

The absolute WORST. I ordered for delivery and tried calling them after the tracker said my food had been delivered (but it had not). I called multiple times and after speaking with someone who spoke very little English was hung up on every single time. Almost 2 hours later, I still don't have my food. My guess is that it was delivered to the wrong address. I will NEVER be ordering from here again.
They really know how to treat customers and delivery drivers. Better than Domino's around the area imo.

Absolute worst service ever!! We were waiting for a good while to order and there was no acknowledgement — the lady kept making pizzas in the back. No acknowledgement, no “I’ll be with you in a second.” Kept ignoring us. We just stormed off and left. So all those comments saying how horrible this establishment is, is true. Don’t go here unless you like to waste your time waiting to be treated like you exist.
