Ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday in their location in Natick, MA. The chocolate one. The user preferences clearly stated - if item is unavailable -> CONACT ME. Instead, they decided to substitute the chocolate cake with a blueberry one. Because it is the same thing apparently. Noone is picking up the phone in the location now either

I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake,fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯！The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!

Had a piece of the Mango cake slice today and it was amazing. The servers had great customer service and I was treated extremely well. Absolutely no wait time.

Parking available, very spacious actually. Great drinks and their cake slices are extremely light, fluffy, and creamy. Went inside when it was really busy but i got taken care of great ! THE REASON THIS STORE WORKS PERFECTLY ARE THE WORKERS in front and in the back. From everything they have to do constantly when it gets busy, to always maintaining the cleanliness of the establishment is one to appreciate and admire. The owner definitely needs to put them on a higher level & treat them with the UPMOST RESPECT because they handle so much for us customers and to make sure we all have a great experience. If it wasn’t for them, there would not be a store to run AT ALL. Everyone’s generosity is different but please consider giving them extra support when visiting. This place is worth coming to. Kid friendly as well

Bought a Choc Cloud Cake for daughter’s bday. Initially, when I went to go pick up, they weren’t able to locate my order ? But that was rectified after the young lady did some digging. She quickly wrote something nice as requested and packaged it up with everything needed! Included was a cool plastic knife with matches and candles and a birthday topper. Cake was superb. Not too sweet, light and not overloaded with fruit. Well done!

Ive NEVER applied for a job here, but it sounds like you have problems with MANY people from what Im seeing. You definitely have me confused for someone else. Maybe try solving the problems instead of getting upset with everyone else for having one.
