I’ve been a loyal customer at this café for quite a while, usually dropping by a couple of times a week for my vanilla iced latte. I’ve always loved the coffee and the vibe here. Unfortunately, I've had two uncomfortable interactions with a particular staff member. My usual request is just for a little less milk in my latte so I can taste more coffee, but this staff member has lectured me on what a vanilla latte “should be,” which felt pretty dismissive. Today, I had an issue where the lid didn’t fit properly and my drink spilled when I tried to add cinnamon. I did my best to clean it up, and another customer mentioned they’d had the same issue, which made me feel a bit better. But after the staff member cleaned up/ remade my coffee, she handed it to me and then told me curtly that they don’t normally remake spilled drinks. As a regular customer, this was really upsetting and made me feel unwelcome.

I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!

The place looks clean and bright, the drinks are good, cold and hot tea, chocolate, coffee, etc, the bake goods are also good, they have a variety of them, This was my first time in the store but I felt that the customer service was poor. The girl at the register was more concerned about the litle boxes that she was assembling than paying atention to the client, The store inside was a bit too cold so we sat outside, the girl quickly walked behind us to lock the doors. It waa only 8:53pm and the store close at 9pm. She could have been more polite.

Went in for the first time yesterday evening and returned today - Love this bakery! Everything is freshly baked and tastes amazing. The macaroons are to die for, and the coconut cloud drink is a must-try. Such a cozy spot with delicious treats—I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday in their location in Natick, MA. The chocolate one. The user preferences clearly stated - if item is unavailable -> CONACT ME. Instead, they decided to substitute the chocolate cake with a blueberry one. Because it is the same thing apparently. Noone is picking up the phone in the location now either
There was barely anything left on the shelves, so the lady behind the counter told me that there were no more sales at night. What a bummer. That was what distinguished this place from all the rest as well as the friendly staff. She, however, was on the contrary. This used to be my favorite bakery to go to. I told a few people that this place had good prices and lots to choose from. That day there was like not much left. It was like a little past 6pm. I guess she was ready to call it a night. No restocking of baked goods? Customer service was not so accommodating and what happened to all the nice Asian people that l l'm used to seeing? They were super nice. I guess the lady l saw was the boss. Don't really want to go there anymore to see her.
