MISMANAGEMENT & ABUSE OF THE LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT:
I arrived at Wendy’s, as a driver for GrubHub, last night, at a few minutes before 1 AM.
The order I was picking up was “marked as complete” but the drive-through line was about 10+ cars long.
