I ordered a Nashville hot burrito at 835 at night. They just put it together without any heating- cooking the food. I asked them to heat it. They put it all wrapped up in tinfoil and made the outside feel warm on a presser . I took it home and inside was cold. It's not hard to expect warm food. Make it worse the manager said they sell thousands and no one complains. I do cause i don't eat cold food. Make it fresh not cafeteria garbage

We recently celebrated a birthday here with loud and outlandish middle schoolers , oh boy - the birthday slayed !!!
The food was a smashing hit with quick service, satisfying unique orders for 10-12 kids. They delivered all the orders with zero errors which is commendable, given the commotion.
With a dozen or so rambunctious boys, chaos was just the beginning. I must say the staff graciously took housekeeping upon themselves when it ended.

I highly recommend the BH Bubbakoo’s location for your next party venue - they won’t disappoint !! 🥳

I tried Bubbakoo’s for the first time and was very happy with the quality of the food and the friendly workers there. I was helped by Jack, who was extremely attentive and helpful. This is definitely a place worth coming back to!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with so-called Mexican-style food. The chicken bowl I ordered was completely lacking in flavor—bland to the point of being inedible. On top of that, everything in the bowl was excessively dry, making it impossible to finish even half of my meal. I ultimately had to throw most of it away.

For a restaurant that markets itself as a Mexican food franchise, the quality and taste were far below even the most basic expectations. I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. There are plenty of other options that deliver better flavor, quality, and overall value for your money. I will not be returning.

I tend to come here once in a while because the food is great and the staff is nice. However, yesterday I ran into issue with my order for the first time and wasn’t too satisfied with the service. I called to let them know about it and the guy was questioning me as if I was lying about my order being messed up. I explained to him I have a picture for confirmation and I can bring back the order if needed. I arrive at the restaurant and wasn’t even properly greeted. It appeared he already knew it was me from seeing me walk inside with the bag and didn’t properly greet me. He took the bag and looked at the receipt and had fixed the order but it seemed he had a bit of an attitude while in the process of doing so. Overall, I wasn’t too happy with the service as this is one of my favorite spots and they’re usually more friendly. He could’ve been a bit more polite and accommodating to my needs as well asking if there was anything else I may have needed. Not sure if he was having a rough day, but it’s not a good look to people who come to support your business. 👎
