Had reservations for 4. Seated in booth by door. Had to eat w my coat on. I asked twice to be moved. Waitress said manager said they were too busy and nothing was available. Not 20 minutes later a party of 4 next to us asked to move to an open booth and they did! I asked waitress why they moved and i was told no. Manager came over and at first didn’t take responsibility but we asked, well you are the manager aren’t you? He said sorry and that he would “take care of the bill”....read full review
I performed there for my first time tonight and the place was very cool. The patrons were a nice mix, and very responsive to my songs selection.
