I just came back from having dinner I am so taken aback by the fact that on a Saturday night it was completely empty inside that should’ve been my first indication that there is a problem our server did not understand anything we ordered the Quality of the food has completely gone down hill east used to have amazing fried seafood rice what I had tonight with something I can make myself at home the shrimp still had shell on it there was shell mixed in with the rice you could taste the vegetables were frozen. The attention to the food preparation that I used to come to East for and recommend others to go there is no longer there we also ordered the calamari miso salad again the calamari was huge pieces you could tell it is not prepared in the same way otherwise the salad was tasty we also got sashimi/ sushi combination for two again the waiter did not get that correct the quality of the fish was mediocre the seaweed was old and the specialty roll that they were supposed to give you was pathetic at best it was literally old seaweed stuffed with rice and a piece of tuna that’s it .The waiter never gave us water he never cleaned our plates needless to say this is the last time I will ever step foot in East or recommend others to eat there I am so disappointed at the new management that took over!!!! And now I understand why at 7 o’clock on a Saturday night it was dead in there
I have never wrote a bad review but after tonight I have to share. I had an absolutely terrible expierence. I used to come here with my family for years and it was great. The food used to be great and reasonably priced. Tonight my family (4 people) came in for dinner we ordered right away and did not get our food for an hour and a half. And when the food did come out everyone got it separately by the time the first person had gotten their food 30 minutes had passed before I had gotten mine ( I was the last one to be serve). Mind you there were only 3 other groups of people there at that point. When the food finally came out they had messed up some of the orders and in the end had to wait 20 minutes for the check. Another table there left without one person eating because everyone else had gotten their food and ate and they still had not even started making hers. The quality of the sushi was not even good and the rolls were literally falling apart as soon as you lifted it up. The new management is not good and I would strongly recommend not going to eat there.
Excellent sushi. Close, convenient and very reasonable
They have no respect for loyal customers. My family and I go there 1-2x a week for dine-in or take-out. The other day, they gave us the wrong dish in our take out order. I didn't discover the mistake until I got home. When I called them to inform them of the mistake, they didn't even apologize. They offered to remake the dish but also insisted that we return the wrong dish! I had to travel 15 mins back to the restaurant to retrieve the correct dish and return the wrong dish. I was so insulted and disgusted that they asked for the wrong dish back! You'd think they'd let me keep it as compensation for the error and additional travel back/forth to the restaurant. And this makes me wonder, what did they do with the returned food? Maybe it was served to another table!
Beautiful decor but the food isnt great and a couple of times I have receive dirty silverware. While I think it looks nice the price is not worth the food and I often find much better food in that area for a better price or better quality.
New owner great improvement. Worth a second chance.
Horrible service. Quality has gone down hill ever since new management took over. Used to go at least once a week, driving 30 mins just for sushi. Not anymore.
Local Asian restaurant. You can get Chinese and Japanese dishes. Sushi, sashimi, tempura, kung pao chicken, sweet pork. Nothing fancy, but basic ones. If you are looking this type of food you can get it in here.
Pretty good not crazy expensive
Clean, good service, food great

We had lunch of hot and sour soup, BBQ ribs, avocado egg rolls and gyoza. Everything was delicious, especially the ribs. All food was hot and the waitstaff was attentive.
i'm sad to say that my favorite habachi place as gone down the drain. we had asked kindly for them to accommodate us with a completely empty restaurant way before closing hours. They had very rudely made us leave. i am sad to say and i feel bad for having to tell others that this is not the best dining place, and they are many other better choices
Quality food with large selection and an extremely friendly and helpful staff. Pad Thai and duck dumplings were great, Using noodles were good, but a little bland. Dessert menu was lacking in regional dishes. All in all, would definitely recommend.
Best food you can eat and there staff is a A+
This place was very disappointing. Went with a large group to celebrate a birthday and made a reservation a week prior. This particular night was only about 5 degrees outside. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were seated in the hibachi dining area and immediately noticeda big drop in temperature. For some reason the heat was not working there, but no one mentioned this to us and sat us there anyway. As the evening went on, we were hoping it to become warmer, but instead it became worse when our food got cold within a few min. After complaining a few times to the server, they gave us 20 percent off our bill but we made sure the server got their 20 percent tip. Food was okay, nothing special and we won't be returning there ever again.
