I just came back from having dinner I am so taken aback by the fact that on a Saturday night it was completely empty inside that should’ve been my first indication that there is a problem our server did not understand anything we ordered the Quality of the food has completely gone down hill east used to have amazing fried seafood rice what I had tonight with something I can make myself at home the shrimp still had shell on it there was shell mixed in with the rice you could taste the vegetables were frozen. The attention to the food preparation that I used to come to East for and recommend others to go there is no longer there we also ordered the calamari miso salad again the calamari was huge pieces you could tell it is not prepared in the same way otherwise the salad was tasty we also got sashimi/ sushi combination for two again the waiter did not get that correct the quality of the fish was mediocre the seaweed was old and the specialty roll that they were supposed to give you was pathetic at best it was literally old seaweed stuffed with rice and a piece of tuna that’s it .The waiter never gave us water he never cleaned our plates needless to say this is the last time I will ever step foot in East or recommend others to eat there I am so disappointed at the new management that took over!!!! And now I understand why at 7 o’clock on a Saturday night it was dead in there

I have never wrote a bad review but after tonight I have to share. I had an absolutely terrible expierence. I used to come here with my family for years and it was great. The food used to be great and reasonably priced. Tonight my family (4 people) came in for dinner we ordered right away and did not get our food for an hour and a half. And when the food did come out everyone got it separately by the time the first person had gotten their food 30 minutes had passed before I had gotten mine ( I was the last one to be serve). Mind you there were only 3 other groups of people there at that point. When the food finally came out they had messed up some of the orders and in the end had to wait 20 minutes for the check. Another table there left without one person eating because everyone else had gotten their food and ate and they still had not even started making hers. The quality of the sushi was not even good and the rolls were literally falling apart as soon as you lifted it up. The new management is not good and I would strongly recommend not going to eat there.

Ate there for the first time the other day on a whim. I was always warned they have roaches and never pass their health inspections on the first try. Still, I figured I'd give them a try and see how good they are. The food was ok but extremely over priced for it. A little to go tray with 90% lettuce and what I ordered was a small portion. Paid close to $10 for my meal if u even want to call it that based off of the portion size. Not going back. I'll stick to the other local businesses in the area.

I'm not sure it deserves a 1 star, but there are enough 5 stars that are not accurate anymore that I want to drop the overall rating as much as I can. I have been here before, and every time I come it seems less and less people are in the restaurant - I swear the waiter and waitress for our table were the executive staff as well. I ordered a crunchy spicy salmon roll and a Fireball roll - I'm pretty sure the fireball roll was crunchier than the crunchy spicy salmon. As in, the crunchy spicy salmon was soggy, still looked partially frozen, and tasted like cat food looks. The wasabi is bland, something I didn't think was possible, the ginger looks like it was pulled out of vac seal, the water has no ice... Tried the Fire Wok as well, was equally disappointed in the soaked sauce, dry brown rice and soft vegetables. Never planning on going again.

Honestly, if I could give negative stars I would. I placed an order over an hour ago - they advised that their card system was down and it was cash only. I asked how long delivery would be and they said 35 minutes. Placed my order, asked for the total (so I could make sure that I had enough cash), and she said she'd call me back. 20 minutes later she never did, so I called again - fine. 10 minutes after the food was supposed to be here, I called to check the status and they said it was already on the way and would be there in a minute (we live down the road). 20 minutes after that I called again and was told another 10 minutes. I spoke with a manager who just said they were busy. Which, sure - I get, but 1) now my food is going to arrive cold and 2) you should know that when I call and ask how long it will be, or at least know when I called the first time that it wouldn't be there for another 30 minutes. Delivery time more than doubled. Quality-wise - there are also so many better restaurants in the area to go to instead, with much better service. Don't waste your money here. If you have a peanut allergy, BEWARE. We've heard that, even after telling servers of the allergy, they don't alert you that the pans may have used peanut oil in the past.

They have no respect for loyal customers. My family and I go there 1-2x a week for dine-in or take-out. The other day, they gave us the wrong dish in our take out order. I didn't discover the mistake until I got home. When I called them to inform them of the mistake, they didn't even apologize. They offered to remake the dish but also insisted that we return the wrong dish! I had to travel 15 mins back to the restaurant to retrieve the correct dish and return the wrong dish. I was so insulted and disgusted that they asked for the wrong dish back! You'd think they'd let me keep it as compensation for the error and additional travel back/forth to the restaurant. And this makes me wonder, what did they do with the returned food? Maybe it was served to another table!

Beautiful decor but the food isnt great and a couple of times I have receive dirty silverware. While I think it looks nice the price is not worth the food and I often find much better food in that area for a better price or better quality.

I used to love this restaurant. It was a great place for inexpensive but fresh and delicious sushi. Notice I said used to. After changing management a couple of times I came in for a meal. As soon as we were being seated I noticed the sticky floor under my shoes. No biggie I thought something got spilled and not cleaned properly so we moved on to be seated. What happened next was so disgusting it still makes me sick to think about it. It has to do with what happened when I opened the menu. I ran out of the place and vowed to NEVER go back.

Ushered to a booth-table. Promptly greeted by a moth in my face. Looking at the back of the booths, major dust and grime. Kinda a gross place.

Horrible service. Quality has gone down hill ever since new management took over. Used to go at least once a week, driving 30 mins just for sushi. Not anymore.

Good ambience and excellent special rolls. Enjoyed the Sashimi as well. Cilantro wonton was too oily for my taste. Everything else good

Local Asian restaurant. You can get Chinese and Japanese dishes. Sushi, sashimi, tempura, kung pao chicken, sweet pork. Nothing fancy, but basic ones. If you are looking this type of food you can get it in here.
