I was getting a little frosty from "COVID19 shelter-in-place syndrome" and had little patience for their nonsense today. And they're not accustomed to brash, outspoken Westerners from Jersey. DELICIOUS. My husband and I were recently lamenting that we can no longer find good Chinese food. The quality has gone down and all the food ends up tasting the same. On a whim on a tired Friday night, we ordered from Hop Hing and we are SO glad we did. My husband saw the food being prepared so he knew it was fresh and the kitchen was clean. We ordered a few different dishes and each one was just as good. Even the egg rolls were fresh and delicious. We have now found our go-to Chinese restaurant!

I've been going here forever (since the original location when the owners young kids would be doing their homework in the seating area at night). It's pretty average "cheap Chinese" food. Nothing particularly stands out, but it's always predictable. Kinda like McDonalds. Good for their lunch specials (but no longer very cheap).

Food was delicious. Loved the chicken chow fun noodles. Would be 5 stars, but we were in the restaurant and the service was not great. The appetizers came out super fast but then we were sitting there for about 20 minutes and wondering where the entrees where. When we went up to the counter they came to the table with the bill and were expecting us to pay for the entire meal, but we had not received our entrees yet. After doubting us and counting dishes on the table, they finally believed us and went back into the kitchen to make the entrees and they were very good. Next time I will order take out or have the food delivered.

We love going out. Yesterday we came to this fine restaurant which we didn’t know before. We had a lovely evening there with fine food and a nice team and a talented cook. We added this restaurant in our list and we will certainly visit again very soon. We warmly recommend.
