DELICIOUS. My husband and I were recently lamenting that we can no longer find good Chinese food. The quality has gone down and all the food ends up tasting the same. On a whim on a tired Friday night, we ordered from Hop Hing and we are SO glad we did. My husband saw the food being prepared so he knew it was fresh and the kitchen was clean. Food was delicious. Loved the chicken chow fun noodles. Would be 5 stars, but we were in the restaurant and the service was not great. The appetizers came out super fast but then we were sitting there for about 20 minutes and wondering where the entrees where. When we went up to the counter they came to the table with the bill and were expecting us to pay for the entire meal, but we had not received our entrees yet. After a misunderstanding, we reconciled. An order ensued. Very effortful website/menus to navigate. I was getting a little frosty from "COVID19 shelter-in-place syndrome" and had little patience for their nonsense today. And they're not accustomed to brash, outspoken Westerners from Jersey.
