The food is absolutely AMAZING! The atmosphere is beautiful , clean and serene . Arif took care of us like we were royalty . He went above and beyond to serve us and even helped my 95 year old Father and his walker to get back into the car . Thank you!

Worst Indian cuisine ever. Table service was awful. Not sure if I even had chaat. Enjoyed northern Indian food- avoid this place. More accommodating about their google rating than their chef's product. I don't understand how this even can be considered northern Indian.

It's one of the oldest and best Indian resturant in NJ.The food was truly exceptional, with standout dishes like appetizer platter, chicken dum biryani,chicken soup and mutton bhuna masala, and perfectly cooked naans leaving our taste buds in pure bliss. The restaurant's welcoming ambiance added to the festive atmosphere, making it a memorable evening for all of us. A special shoutout to our server, Anthony l,Aarif and the Owner Kunal whose outstanding service and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to our experience. They've been open about 40 years. To stay in business that long says it all! Food is always good, my wife and I have been there at least 8 times. It is BYOB

Neelam is our go to place for Indian food between the available options in Berkeley Heights, Chatham and Summit. Their staff is very polite and courteous and the food items are really good. Try the Sham Savera or their Chicken Shorba soup.
