Our visit to Neelam, the desi restaurant, was an absolute delight. It's one of the oldest and best Indian resturant in NJ.The food was truly exceptional, with standout dishes like appetizer platter, chicken dum biryani,chicken soup and mutton bhuna masala, and perfectly cooked naans leaving our taste buds in pure bliss. Neelam is our go to place for Indian food between the available options in Berkeley Heights, Chatham and Summit. Their staff is very polite and courteous and the food items are really good. Try the Sham Savera or their Chicken Shorba soup.
