Rita has always been my favorite spot to eat frozen custards and ice creams, but recently, I discovered this Rita here in Berkeley Heights, and it is such a good spot. There is plenty of parking right in front of it so that you sit in a car and enjoy it. Service is quick and efficient, and ice creams are amazing as always.

Got to the restaurant and was told the custard machine is down, then they later closed and I saw through the manager make a custard cone. Overall pretty upset with that because this was the 3rd choice and they still sold.

Delicious Mango Italian Ice

Love Rita's. My go to the gelati, Swedish fish and vanilla.

I always bring my kids and kids’ friends to this local shop. I ordered unicorn flavor ice, he didn't know the menu and told me they don't have it, even though this one on the poster was outstanding. A young staff new face today asked me, you have an accent, where are you from.Cannot hide laughing. at me. Do you like America? All of this, like what? I never go to this shop, again. I don’t like it!

Terrible. Went twice. Nice kids behind the counter but not trained to do the corrrect Rita standard ice cream etc. Owners should pay attention to their business. If There was another ice cream place close. Rita’s would be gone,
