The Wedge Salad and Fall off the Bone Baby Back Ribs - perfection! Traprock remains my number one favorite for delicious food and top-notch service! Thanks to all!

Went here for lunch St Patrick's day. Hoped to sit outside but it was not set up yet. It was not busy. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and my wife the turkey burger. The fries and chips that came with both were really good. Unfortunately, my chicken was ice cold. I dont know if the chicken was frozen and did not thaw, but it was not edible. So my wife and I split her turkey burger which was okay but not great. They took the chicken off the bill, but noone checked in or appologized...basically noone there cared one bit that they served ice cold food. This place looks like higher end bar food food but the Sterling Tavern or River Grill serve better food and are not pretentious. 25 years ago this place was good, but I will not go back.

very nice menu and the food is always delicious and well prepared. the service was extremely nice today as our appetizer was a bit later than usual so they gave us free appetizer on the house. it was such a wonderful way to be served by a friendly hospitable staff who made sure we had a great dining experience. I would highly recommend Trap Rock.

Great place that's close to work. Went here with friends after work and my expectations were kind of mid when I was told about the place but they clearly exceeded it.We went here mostly for drinks but I did get the calamari which was absolutely scrumptious. I would come back here just for that. We also had the burger and it was cooked to perfection and very filling paired with crispy fries. I didn't have the Yellowfin Tuna Tartar but those that had it said it was really good. The drinks were on point, blueberry old fashioned I got a few, the Moscow mule, and pear and lavender were all great mixed drinks. I would go here just for these amazing cocktails but especially the blueberry old fashioned. The wait staff were really nice and accepted requests that our table had and went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. Will definitely love to go back here sometime soon. This place is a gem and you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here. Beautiful decor inside with dimmed lights. This venue seems popular for corporate events or rehearsal dinners. Great date spot as well. Positive experience with the wait staff who have always been pleasant and made solid drink recommendations. In my opinion you can never go wrong with a Mule or a Margarita. Always found the drinks to be on-point. The cheddar biscuits were the star of the meal, fluffy square biscuits with cheese baked into them, warm goodness. They also offer some type of whipped butter which pairs nicely. These even are good as leftovers so I wouldn't hesitate to order more pieces! The entrees were decent but lacked the flavor we'd hoped and didn't quite lined up with expectations given the price. However, the dessert helped make up for this. Loved the bread pudding with a scoop of ice cream on top which will have me coming back. It was also sweet of the staff to wish us on our anniversary!

Had a family dinner on Sunday night. We ordered three appetizers. Calamari, pretzels and chips. They were all very good. For dinner we had brisket, steak, wings and salmon tacos. Everything was good except the tacos. They were very small with one piece of fish the size of your pinky. They were covered with a bad tasting sauce. They are also very expensive for what you get. Almost 33$. I ate one. Service was very good. Brian was our waiter. I didn't complain about the food but when you leave two thirds of your meal untouched someone should ask why.

Trap Rock Brewery isn't just a restaurant; it's a local treasure waiting to be discovered. Stepping inside feels like entering a warm, rustic haven, dimly lit and adorned with rich wood, creating a cozy ambiance that belies its surprisingly spacious interior.I have been here a couple of times, once before with my girlfriends for a birthday dinner and the second time around with my family. I have had an exceptional experience both times. The magic of Trap Rock lies in its ability to cater to everyone. Families with little ones will find a welcoming atmosphere with delicious options like the classic burger (generous portion size & cooked medium) and fries our kids devoured happily. Meanwhile, the upscale feel, complete with a vibrant bar area, makes it a perfect spot for date nights or gatherings with friends. Whether you're a local catching up with acquaintances or a newcomer seeking a hidden gem, the friendly, familiar vibe makes everyone feel instantly comfortable. The staff at Trap Rock truly elevates the experience. They're polite, pleasant, and incredibly efficient, ensuring even large groups are well-looked after. Whether it's answering questions about the menu or recommending the perfect local beer, they do it all with a smile. We opted for the Nashville hot friend chicken quesadilla appetizer, a flavorful delight shared between two. We split the crispy fried chicken burger which was delicious, juicy and satisfying, while the JP Pilsner, a crisp and refreshing pilsner, perfectly complemented the meal. My partner thoroughly enjoyed the Rock Garden Wit, a light and citrusy wheat beer, showcasing the quality and variety of their locally brewed offerings.Trap Rock Brewery is more than just a delicious meal; it's an experience that lingers long after you leave. The combination of warm ambiance, exceptional service, and delicious food and beer makes it a place you'll want to return to again and again.P.S. Don't forget to save room for their decadent desserts! The warm cookie skillet is legendary.

Fantastic upscale brewery with delicious food and drinks. They have a lot of mocktail options. We loved everything. The burrata app was really great and calamari was way beyond expectation. Some of the best I've had in a while. Turkey burger was also very good.Large, multistory spot too. They do take reservations but midday Saturday we didn't seem to need it. Family friendly too.

What a lovely restaurant! Stopped by for an afternoon snack/beer and we were not disappointed. There are biscuits. We tried 5 different beers (they offer flights, don't judge me) and they were all good, the chicken wings and burger were also great, our server Donoban was friendly and knowledgeable, will definitely return for a full meal.

Trap Rock's "fireplace room" is a cozy spot for winter lunch. The menu highlights small plates, but what stood out was the soup. I want to know the secret for turning basic ingredients like chickpeas and kale into such brothy deliciousness. So perfectly seasoned and enjoyable that I'm tempted ask for the recipe. It was that good! Service was a bit slow, but the professional wait staff hustled.

Good beer and cocktails. Always get great service sitting at the bar. Menu is solid but it needs to change up more often. We are there a lot.

Cozy spot with a great menu that changes seasonally. The food is delicious. For apps we always start with biscuits, tuna tarts tar and wings. All excellent. For mains I'd say the ribs and burger are top 2 choices. However, every entree I've tried is very tasty! Service is always fantastic.

Absolutely beautiful ambience. We were seated in the upstairs party room. It was decorated for Christmas during our visit, which was enchanting. Our wait staff was delightful. The loss of two stars is attributed to the food. We had been seated for an hour well before our entrees arrived. The food was unfortunately served to us cold. Although the presented food tasted good, it would've been better heated all the way through. We did have a diner in our party state that the pork chop was the most tender that she'd ever had. Parking was a huge private lot.

We stopped by this place for lunch driving through NJ. Loved this little gem! Food was outstanding. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich. Our waiter was good humored and friendly.
