This is the worst Dunkin within driving distance, on today’s visit I discovered mystery stuff inside the ice cubes. 1-2 months ago I was given a cold hot coffee and was told “it wasn’t left on the warmer so it’s cold”, right to the microwave. 9/10 of the coffees are made sub par to beachwood Dunkin, just make the extra 4 minute ride to Beachwood. Never any issues there

I get a Frozen Chocolate and every time I go to this Dunkin' my frozen chocolate is messed up and never tastes right . It tastes like funky water and never tastes like chocolate at all. I keep giving them a chance but it seems like no one knows how to make this right.

I stopped here for a Chai latte and ended up waiting 15 minutes at the window. Watching them serve a bunch of other people inside the building followed by a cupful of foam. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin'. Donuts, don't come here.

Taking my 8 year old daughter to breakfast. Didn’t expect to hear loudly every curse word in the book. Speak however you want but please care about the people around you when you do. My 8 year old daughter doesn’t need to be subjected to that. Poor representation of Dunkin’

My order is never right & even when i correct them at the window they still don’t care to make it right. I drive all the way to the pine beach dunkin just to get the correct order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered ahead online. Nice, clean store. Bought donuts and coffee for our flying club. Box of Joe stayed hot and the donuts were fresh. They supplied plenty of creamers and sweetener.

I recently sat at the ordering screen for a literal seven whole minutes. The food and beverages themselves are fine, that’s not the issue. The issue is the line wrapped around the building, and backing up into the street at 7am. Just to stop here, you have to set aside a good 15 minutes of your time, the staff has no time management whatsoever. And if you try to go inside? Forget about, you’ll wait even longer…. Ridiculous wait for subpar service. Changes need to happen.

Drive thru was packed. People parking on the grass to go in and then wait 25 minutes to get a coffee. Got my lattes. 1 was burnt the other not made to order. Waited so long I left without my sandwich that I paid for. This place was a mess. Save your money and time.
Please train your employees on the importance of decaf vs regular coffee. It is a health issue and very important if a customer orders decaf. Thank

Horrible. Something changed with employees in the past couple months and it's definitely reflected in the coffee! I come here every single day and now I will drive to Lacey or Lanoka Harbor instead. I keep giving them a chance randomly and each time it's an awful experience. Never had lines down the road and it's because they keep screwing up. The coffee is bitter, not hot, never made correctly. I have to go in every single time. Not coming back. What happened to the red head young girl and tall guy with the brown curly hair? They were ON point every single morning. What a shame.

There is nothing wrong with the coffee or food here, but their customer service for those who go inside is horrible unfortunately. When i ordered munchkins for a party the woman slammed them down on the counter in front of me, didn’t even put the amount I ordered in, and also took over 10 minutes to attend to us. Their teenager staff is much nicer but some of their workers have a bad attitude. Will still be ordering their coffee since it’s close to home but will avoid going inside.

I wouldn't normally write a review for a Dunkin, they're all kind of bad in their own way but this place was great (my experience). I had a large order first thing in the morning and decided to go right over (15 min drive). Everything was ready, they had everything in bags ready to go. They were missing one item which they apologized for and asked if I wanted to swap in something else. Couldn't have gone better. I was visiting from out of town and did not find the prices out of line. The building looked a bit dated but clean. Overall, no complaints.
