There is nothing wrong with the coffee or food here, but their customer service for those who go inside is horrible unfortunately. When i ordered munchkins for a party the woman slammed them down on the counter in front of me, didn’t even put the amount I ordered in, and also took over 10 minutes to attend to us. I wouldn't normally write a review for a Dunkin, they're all kind of bad in their own way but this place was great (my experience). I had a large order first thing in the morning and decided to go right over (15 min drive). Everything was ready, they had everything in bags ready to go. They were missing one item which they apologized for and asked if I wanted to swap in something else. Couldn't have gone better. Ordered ahead online. Nice, clean store. Bought donuts and coffee for our flying club. Box of Joe stayed hot and the donuts were fresh. They supplied plenty of creamers and sweetener.
