I made a mobile order and they tried to give me someone else order 2 times before I got my order. I only got 2 large sweet teas and 3 donuts. How hard it that?? They guys that work there don't listen when taking there order. So many times I left with wrong drink or donuts Their donuts are always stale. I never do a review unless I'm fed up. I'm not the typical "Karen". I'm easy going unless provoked.

They tried to scam by adding a drink we never mentioned into our order and only handing it out after we asked for a receipt, and also forgot bacon on toast we paid extra for. If you go here ask for a receipt to make sure the employees aren’t trying to steal from you!!!

It's a habit of mine to use toilets in dunkin' donuts establishments the day after I eat questionable foods. Well my visit to this dunkin donuts was no different. The prior evening, I had 3 cans of dollar general brand chili, dollar general brand macaroni and cheese, El monterrey bean and cheese burritos just to name a few things. I entered the establishment around 8:30 in the morning and made a dash for the men's room. The bathroom was clean and odor free. Can't say I left it in the same condition though.

Don’t come here. Everyone got an attitude, especially the fake Alicia Keys looking manager, and your order will never be correct. I asked for a medium iced caramel coffee with extra ice and extra cream and I received this. 34 creams and no caramel. I been coming here daily for the past 3 weeks since I moved, and every time my coffee is wrong.

That one girl with the little Pom poms balls of hair on her head is something else. Rude as anything, needs to be trained how to talk to customers. Don’t ever complain about a customer in front of other customers it’s tacky, but what can you expect from a DD worker. Also they always make you pull to the front for every single thing, get a coffee, pull around. Like what? Do better! They always give just whoever a job apparently.
