After driving from NC to NJ to have my favorite hoagie from Northfield Deli, we discovered the heartbreaking reality that they were out of business. This left us with a predicament- go back home or find a new favorite dive. Of course we made the obvious choice! We visited White House Subs due to their famous past- huge let down! Basic shop, great quality and quantity. I've been looking for a good hoagie spot since wawa has decided to give you breadsticks with 2 slices of meat in them. This is the spot.

The cheesesteaks are great. I highly recommend it with American cheese. There is a ton of meat and the meat to cheese ratio is perfect. I haven’t had a hoagie there yet, but I understand they are good as well. It is cash only. If you want a great cheesesteak and you’re near the Berlin area, make sure to check Jersey Joe’s out.
