It all began at the ordering speaker with Nyelle. Her energy and customer service were so good, she made me want to order everything on the menu! She greeted me warmly and made sure my entire order was correct before I pulled forward.

At the payment window, I met Aaron, who was just as friendly and professional. When I complimented Nyelle’s service, he happily told me I would see her at the next window. “I've been craving popeyes for a while now only to find one on my trip back home. The food and service were both amazing!

The cashier that took my order (her name was Anjanique) was very well mannered and patient with me. She made me feel welcome and heard throughout the process, unlike some other cashiers in my experience.
I was unsure what I wanted and she helped guide me through to order a delicious three piece signature chicken. A little bit of spice and crispy on every bite I will definitely be coming back for more!

“This version of fried chicken is awesome! The crunch is great. The flavours are awesome. The chicken comes out piping hot. This is not fast food. It is good food. It takes them time to cook. For those reviews that complain of how long it takes, read the menu. It specifically recommends you order "25 minutes in advance". As for the poor customer service, it is fine. They aren't overly nice with "my pleasure" every 5 seconds, but that's okay. They are knowledgeable and got my order correct. I don't need anything else. If you are someone who needs to be waited on hand and foot, go eat fine dining. The poor reviews here are unjustified. I look forward to trying something other than their chicken on my next visit.“

Well, we got it and it was some of the best fried chicken I have ever had!!! Juicy meat, crispy skin and just perfect. My wife agreed 100 percent. My kids got chicken Cesar wraps which they loved and they also said the fries rocked. The super friendly owners fry it there after you order, so super fresh and hot.
