For those reviews that complain of how long it takes, read the menu. It specifically recommends you order "25 minutes in advance". As for the poor customer service, it is fine. They aren't overly nice with "my pleasure" every 5 seconds, but that's okay. They are knowledgeable and got my order correct. I don't need anything else. If you are someone who needs to be waited on hand and foot, go eat fine dining. The poor reviews here are unjustified. I look forward to trying something other than their chicken on my next visit.“

“We were in town for a dance competition (at Timber Creek Regional High down the street) and drove by Lucky's. The main signage for the store said fried chicken. Well, we got it and it was some of the best fried chicken I have ever had!!! Juicy meat, crispy skin and just perfect. My wife agreed 100 percent. My kids got chicken Cesar wraps which they loved and they also said the fries rocked. The super friendly owners fry it there after you order, so super fresh and hot. For the most part it's always good but sometimes they deliver the wrong pizza still good quality and great flavors but they argue with saying that's what we ordered when they have the proof we didn't on the computer of what we ordered and also the online receipt they gave us showing we didn't order thar kind of pizza. So we just ate what we received so we didnt have any more fighting or issues with the management. Most of the employees are friendly not all of them some have screws loose. Like one of the drivers. He is crazy one time I went to pick up my pizza and the deliver guy went out to do a deliver he do like 75 down the road slowed down then continued to ride close behind me with my kids in the car and tried following me home instead of doing his delivery so I drove around. Then the guy gave me and my kids the middle finger because I didn't go home while be followed then he sped of after trying to run me off the road. I called domino's to let them know so they don't get introuble for having a pshyco driver and they called me a lier.

“sitting here waiting for my first order so i figured i'd give some feedback about the menu- specifically regarding the gluten free subject. let me just say- very unclear. so many things i'm interested in ordering but don't know if they are gluten free or not- for ex, wanted to order the poke bowl- says gluten free option. when went to add ingredients doesn't specify which are gluten free or not- like sauces & the marinades & a lot of seaweed salad isn't gf so etc. is like this for a lot of menu items not just poke. a lot of menu items you have to click on each one to see if it's gluten free as opposed to viewing all gf options at once as well. basically, it's not really worth the trouble if you're gluten free to come here unless you find your go-tos. this would be easier if you could heart your favorites so you could be prepared instead of having to look through everything every time. still need to work out a few kinks here to make this a lasting business imo, but cool idea. hope the co is willing to work on improvements. “Got the poutine fries. They needed cheese on them. They were still good but tht wld have made them better. The menu is limited but it’s a great spot to just stop and grab food when your hungry and want something fast and easy especially if your staying at the hotel like I was. I liked that I didn’t have to tell them to put the gravy on the side. They did that on thr own and I greatly appreciated it. So everything was nice &crispy. “I came here today around 7pm. I pulled up the parking lot was full luckily I already ordered on the app before arrival. Apparently everyone still loves KFC because there was a lot of door dashers in there waiting for food. It was a little backed up but it was the dinner rush so it was expected. Staff was great. Everyone kept apologizing for the wait. No one had an attitude. All the food was great. Wings was hot and extra crunchy. Pot pie was smokin hot and creamy. Soda was strong and not watered down. Place was clean. Parking lot was well maintained. Was just overly impressed with the staff. Usually with young kids and fast food you get a negative experience, today no one did.
