From the start we loved their food and have loved eating our way through the menu, trying new dishes each visit. In the past 1 1/2 months, we've visited them close to 2 dozen times and never had a bad meal, and have never been disappointed. We did takeout and the food was still piping hot when we got home. We had gotten the deluxe fish sandwich that came with bang bang tater tots( SO GOOD), fish tacos, served with fries, and the salmon Rasta pasta. It was the best salmon that we’ve had! “It's our in town pizza shop for pizza and other stuff. Always good food and workers that greet you to pay are awesome. When I can make eye contact with the cooks, always good interaction. Great place. Been going there many years. Whoever owns it does a great job. And considering there are many pizza places in the area. All positive complaints for all the workers. “sitting here waiting for my first order so i figured i'd give some feedback about the menu- specifically regarding the gluten free subject. let me just say- very unclear. so many things i'm interested in ordering but don't know if they are gluten free or not- for ex, wanted to order the poke bowl- says gluten free option. when went to add ingredients doesn't specify which are gluten free or not- like sauces & the marinades & a lot of seaweed salad isn't gf so etc. is like this for a lot of menu items not just poke. a lot of menu items you have to click on each one to see if it's gluten free as opposed to viewing all gf options at once as well. basically, it's not really worth the trouble if you're gluten free to come here unless you find your go-tos. this would be easier if you could heart your favorites so you could be prepared instead of having to look through everything every time. still need to work out a few kinks here to make this a lasting business imo, but cool idea. hope the co is willing to work on improvements. (giving food all stars for now but haven't tried it yet)“

For those reviews that complain of how long it takes, read the menu. It specifically recommends you order "25 minutes in advance". As for the poor customer service, it is fine. They aren't overly nice with "my pleasure" every 5 seconds, but that's okay. They are knowledgeable and got my order correct. I don't need anything else. If you are someone who needs to be waited on hand and foot, go eat fine dining. The poor reviews here are unjustified. I look forward to trying something other than their chicken on my next visit.“
