I placed an online order for 3 dozen donuts at 9:30a and scheduled to pickup at 10:10a. I arrived to pick up my order and was told they did not have enough to fulfill the order and only could provide 1 dozen donuts. I didn’t receive a phone call prior and this caused a major inconvenience. I promised to bring donuts for an appointment and then had to scramble to fulfill my needs. To make matters worst the donuts I received were not fresh. Then the store was unable to refund me and advices I had to request a refund through the app. This eventually led me to having to call customer service who advised I would receive a call in 2 business days to rectify. Had the store given me the courtesy of a phone call, I could have canceled and avoided this extreme inconvenience of being late to my appointment and now having to wait days for a refund.

First off let me start off by saying how rude and immature the new manager is at this location. She seems very young for her job title and needs to be looked at. She has no manners. She doesn’t understand the concept of customer service in my belief. Basically threw my change at me and when she dropped it outside the drive thru window on the ground she expected me, a 65 year old woman to be able to get out and grab it from the ground. It seemed very intentional and as if she was having a bad day and I was the one getting the anger from it. You can tell the manager is not a morning person at all. It makes the business it self look like entire mess and that they have no idea what they are doing. Another thing I’ve noticed is she capes while giving out orders. How is that professional and some days when she isn’t there and a regular employee gives my food u can observed behind him other employees vaping. I will be considering switching stores and taking my business somewhere else. For sure this can’t go on forever, and hopefully I’ll be back to having better mornings when going to Dunkin for breakfast.

Good coffee.When busy hard to find a parking spot or get in to drive thru line. Other than that I can't complain about this
Just two guys hustling with heavy drive thru traffic; had to wait for a bit but was okay with it because I saw they were doing it all. Parking is ample but getting in and out tight based on the location.
