I purchased a gift card to use on the website and it wasn’t working properly. I called the manager and asked for help and she sent me the meal completely free. They just gained a life long customer

Inside wasn't very busy. There were 2 indoor waiters that doubled as bussers and front of house. I think there was an outdoor waitress that doubled as the bartender?
Service was alright, understanding for the few workers there.
Walked in without a reservation, no one to greet and seat you, since they're inside serving. I tried calling to get a seat but I didn't hear...

The chef Johnny literally came out and spoke to me Himself when I asked if they had any vegan options, he told me what they can do for me. I have no complaints. The food and service were great.
