Stopped at McD's on the Whitehorse pike in Berlin, NJ. I accidently ordered a regular hamburger in stead of a double cheese burger. I went back to the register where the manager was standing there and asked if I could exchange my hamburger for my double cheeseburger. I offered to pay the difference of course. He said no problem I'll quickly change it for you and don't worry about the additional cost. He seemed actually happy to help me, and never exhibited any kind...
This McDonalds appears to have been renovated recently or is close to being new restaurant. Touch screen ordering with staff bring order to your table. Bathrooms were dirty and homeless woman lingering around restaurant and in Bathroom.
Nothing but good things to say about the progress this team has made on changing things around. Been going here for a long time and 6months ago it was a disaster but recently you can tell the team and manager Dave have whipped them into shape. Food is fresh now and fast. Whatever you are doing keep it up. For 3 mcdonald's in a 10 minute drive from us this is now our go to. Not a fan of McDonald's so for me to write this positive review it speaks volumes to me and mine.....
