Main courses came out pretty slow, and some were not warm, BUT, service came through and helped out. My burger was absolutely delicious and perfect. Strongly recommend. We will be back! Mistakes happen and they made up for it. Service was excellent too!

We were at 3 West for a business dinner with a group of 12. We ordered several appetizers; most were very good. Loved the Lobster Nuggets. Our meals were OK. I had a very under-seasoned and overcooked filet mignon. My husband had the scallops and was very disappointed as they were very overcooked and bland. I ended with the Creme Brulé, which was overthickened, almost like they added cornstarch? Either way, I couldn't eat more than one bite because the texture was off-putting. Giving it a 3-star rating more for the appetizers than anything. Bathrooms were very clean, and the atmosphere was nice. Our server was kind but forgetful and we waited long for drinks and our meal.

To Ms. Donovan and her fantastic team (including Sebastian), I want to reach out and thank you for the tremendous job you did with my family last week at the 3 West Restaurant in Basking Ridge. It was my sister's wedding weekend and my family flocked to the area. I believe that during the weekend, different family groups went to your restaurant at different times. You had the Bride/Groom; the Bride's Family and later on extended family (uncles, grandmother, aunt etc). Everyone enjoyed their meals and the staff. I want to especially thank you as my mother has many allergies and it is often very difficult for her to feel at ease at restaurants. You personally coming to the table and assuring her that the restaurant was aware of her allergies and what the restaurant did to assist was amazing. You also made recommendations for food based on the odds of cross contamination which was so thoughtful. My family loved the meal and my mother felt at ease- which took a lot of pressure off myself and the Bride to be. I want to also thank waitstaff Sebastian for being extremely attentive. He also had knowledge of the menu and cross-contamination and was extremely helpful.We will of course be recommending the restaurant to our friends and colleagues and I am very curious to try other restaurant's in the Harvest Family such as the Roots Steakhouse and Trap Rock.Thank you again. It was a wonderful experience and you and your staff truly enhanced the wedding weekend!

I came here today for the first time for lunch with a coworker. We were greeted by a friendly host and tended to by a lovely server. My coworker and I were discussing our short window of time for eating, and the staff was gracious enough to expedite service to the best of their ability! They happily anticipated our every need, and our server even recommended various dishes that tend to come out quicker than others. Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the burrata - it was the best I've ever had! Perfectly creamy and fresh. The accompanying tomatoes tasted straight from a garden and complemented the dish perfectly. I will definitely be coming back for dinner soon!
