The staff here is top notch. They went above and beyond to ensure I was able to have a client dinner here. The manager even came over to introduce himself as soon as we sat down. Great atmosphere, great menu - we really enjoyed ourselves. There were some service hiccups and the biscuits and halibut were a bit overcooked, but I’d definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone in the area!
Main courses came out pretty slow, and some were not warm, BUT, service came through and helped out. My burger was absolutely delicious and perfect. Strongly recommend. We will be back! Mistakes happen and they made up for it. Service was excellent too!
We were at 3 West for a business dinner with a group of 12. We ordered several appetizers; most were very good. Loved the Lobster Nuggets. Our meals were OK. I had a very under-seasoned and overcooked filet mignon. My husband had the scallops and was very disappointed as they were very overcooked and bland. I ended with the Creme Brulé, which was overthickened, almost like they added cornstarch? Either way, I couldn't eat more than one bite because the texture was...
