Bella's Burger Shack

Weird tasting burger. Hard to understand how to order. Vegan burger was first option. Then dipping sauce was second. Almost rare burger. I love rare however not at a fast food restaurant.

Terrible customer service. Unfriendly staff. All the workers are fooling around all the time. Workers are unfriendly and arrogant

I mean this place is just the best. First I was treated by an angelic voice singing a Spanish tune. Also, the service was lickedy split- no more than 5 minutes for a scrumptious burger. Which leads to my next point - the food. I got a burger, milkshake, and fries , which might’ve been the best thing my mouth has ever tasted. To add, I got to see the burger getting cooked right before my very eyes, treating me to a nice show while I waited. This place even has its own education system - when I asked the worker if there was a difference between a mandarin and an orange, he said, yes, a bit of a difference! You don’t learn things like that in school, only at Bella’s Burger, which is why this place truly is the greatest.

Services is bad. Service staff in a bad mood. They were fighting among themselves and no one remembered the customer.

This place is a joke.
First of all, Guy who took order didn’t know difference between items in menu. I asked difference between regular hot dog and “death” hot dog and he said: “I don’t know”.
Ok, I ordered 4 hot dogs and took over 25 minutes, because people in the kitchen were just talking and didn’t care for the order.
Finally got our order and it was just bun and sausage. I asked condiments and guy said: “oh, we don’t have it”. Literally got just bun and sausage. Ridiculous place

I had Bella's Burger with sweet potatoes fries and it was really tasty. Burger was juicy and was topped with a fried onion ring and a good amount of their special sauce.

My wife and I have been here before so since we were passing by Bella’s we decided to pick up a burger and fries to take home for lunch. Good burger and fries.
