Been going here for over 10 years and I've never had any real issues, in the last 3 years this place has reduced meal sizes in half while continuing to increase in price drastically. When it comes to ordering, 6 times out of 10 they are closed for no reason, or they stop answering the phone 50 minutes before closing. If that's the case, LIST THAT.I had picked up my most recent order and noticed they hadn't given me any French fries. I asked and they said they would honor it and give them to me, I then proceeded to wait for 25 minutes with 4 other people who were waiting on their orders which were also messed up. 5 people at once had to wait, I was #3 and it was 25 minutes I can't imagine how #5 felt walking out of their.If you go sit in house, the service is fine.

Delicious Veggie Burger!Also very good service. Although it seems a bunch of teenagers are running the place, the food came out perfect and fast, despite the amount of people with orders ahead of mine. I will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: Their veggie burger is really good!

Burgers and fries are good, but their prices are beyond ridiculous now. $10 for a tiny Bella's Burger is insane. I understand inflation has made everything more expensive but this just seems like robbery.

The food here was just ok. Something about it was just old tasting. The service was a bit sketchy because the girl at the counter had no idea of what she was doing. Too many kids working there behind the counter and it was not a place I would go back too. Food was just mostly frozen fried foods and burger. However I do know a few people that love then place.

Went here on a bit of a whim and was very impressed. Burgers were very fresh and service was quick. I ordered the Bella Burger (on the small side) with a half side of fries (plenty big). Both were made to order and quite tasty.
Never had anything on the menu I didn't like. The best milkshakes in town bar none.

My husband and I had come to this location 4 years ago and the food was awesome! Sooo we decided since we were in the area that we were going to stop in again.. we were not pleased..first things first.. we ordered and the guy was rude taking our order.. the place is so dirty now compared to what it was and I got chicken fingers and French fries and I only got 3 small chicken fingers and they layered them on top of my cheese fries so I didn’t have a place to put ketchup and my husband got pulled pork and it didn’t even come with any sides.. and two small shakes it was almost $40.. we sat down to eat and the table was sticky as can be.. needless to say we won’t be going back

I was in a rush when I stopped here. Its the first place I've been to where the fire alarm had just been shut down and the police etc were leaving. It wasn't from this restaraunt from what they said and had to do with the place above them. Anyway, it was an interesting tidbit about my visit to share.Ordering was straightforward, but inside it's pretty tight. I would not want to be there when it's very busy.The food was good, but the sauce they put on the burger has a bite to it. Not what I like when I'm not expecting it. Most people likely won't mind. I ordered bacon cheese fries and the cheese wasn't enough, and the bacon pieces were chewy. I wouldnt order it again. Daughter didn't finish her burger, husband enjoyed his.I apologize for no pictures this time, I was on my way to a football game and rushing!

Forget the shake shacks, smash burgers, 5 guys and habit burger! These burgers are delicious, fries are hot and crispy too. I’d post a picture but I inhaled my burger writing this.
