Unfortunately I cannot comment on the food but I will not be returning due to the attitude with service.
Met some friends here for brunch and our party were the only ones there. There was a dairy allergy in our group and they did not have any non-dairy options for coffee. This person got a coffee from outside with plans for us to still eat breakfast here. The gentleman at the register heard us discussing this and did not say anything indicating this would be an issue. When this person returned with the coffee, we were essentially and rudely told to leave as no outside food is permitted. To be fair, there is a sign outside that states this that we had not noticed.
One of the members of our party had used the bathroom during this time. We were forced to buy something before being forced to leave as the bathroom was for customers only.
I completely understand the sign and the rules, and have no issue with that. However the way this situation was handled and the way we were treated and spoken to were uncalled for.
Upon leaving, we bumped into someone on the street who mentioned they had also been treated with disrespect and no longer frequent this establishment.

Came here on the weekend to have breakfast but the guy at the counter was very rude and unwelcoming. It’s unfortunate we never got to try the food because he was so unpleasant. The place was empty which I’m guessing this is one of the reason why. We won’t be back.

Arrived this morning to an empty place. We asked for non dairy creamer for our coffee due to dairy allergy. We were told they did not have any. One person in our party of 3 went next door to get a coffee with non dairy cream. We were preparing to order our food and we were told no outside food or drink is permitted. When we explained it was only due to the allergy and that we are prepared to order our breakfasts, we were told the coffee has “ to be put away” in a very rude manner. The allergy did not matter to him. In addition, while we were waiting, one of us used the ladies room. We were told the ladies room is only if you buy something. He had no issue making us buy a water since the bathroom had just been used. He was so rude and insensitive to the allergy. Upon leaving we met up with a woman who heard our shock over how we were just treated. She told us she had a similar experience with incredibly rude treatment and she has never gone back in. The situation today was due to an allergy for 1 product. That’s all. Such treatment and insensitivity to customers is awful. Would never go back.

Great little stop off. We had great homemade juices. One cucumber and one lemonade with mint.
The freshly baked cookie came and warm and gooey and was delicious.

Lovely lady on the counter, delightfully friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Thanks for a great mid morning break!

Copper Kettle is a hidden Gem. All their food is fresh & homemade. My go-to is the grilled chicken (w/rice), which is seasoned & cooked to perfection. The patio is nicely taken care w/deliberate attention to their flowers; lovely to sit when weather permits. I usually order ahead of time & pick up in store. The younger gentleman at the front of the house is quite friendly & responsive. Thank you Copper Kettle fam!

Homemade doesn’t even begin to describe their food - not only from scratch, but made with passion and love - great service - great people - even greater food!

Went to the Copper Kettle during posted hours and there was no one to be found. I think they may have closed….

Rude employee. Wont be coming back. Plenty of other places in town where they treat customers better.

A strong, continuous, cold breeze blows directly onto all of the indoor seating (while it was 61 degrees outside). When asked if the cold blower could be turned off for a little while (and we were the ONLY guests sitting in the restaurant), the manager claimed it was “just the fan from the kitchen and there was nothing that could be turned off.”Well then, it’s time to shut down the restaurant if the inside is uninhabitable for dining. No comments on the food, because who cares about that when you’re cold and uncomfortable?

I recently ordered from this place and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The food was disappointingly too salty, making it difficult to fully enjoy the flavors. Additionally, the main course was dry, lacking the succulence I had hoped for. The customer service was subpar, with staff appearing indifferent to our needs. When I politely raised my concerns about the food, the management failed to address the issue, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend to others.

The front desk guy is kind of rude and can’t take criticism for the food well. Our group order was messed today and upon calling they said they can’t do anything about it. Past experience also haven’t been pleasant with the person taking orders. Half of today’s order had extra salt and half had no salt. Chef doesn’t work well on bulk orders. Ordered chicken shawarma over rice and food was dry.

We placed order for 18 people today. The food tasted terrible, overly salty. When we called to let the restaurant know, they said they couldn't change it, claiming that's how it's cooked, and then hung up. We're regulars here, but today's food was a disappointment, completely different from what we're used to.
