the customers that are actually in line inside are overlooked and are made to stand there while they prioritize drive thru and mobile customers. then they don't even tell you that your coffee is ready. they just sit it on the table top and walk away and you have to guess who the coffee belongs to

This is one of the very few Dunkin's that can be said to be Excellent. I have been coming here for about 3 years in the mornings and I've witnessed how the line for the drive thru builds up suddenly and it just take the team working here a couple minutes to get everyone on their way again. People that walk-in or order online also are in and out. The team here is overall very friendly, fast and great customer service.

I love coming to the Dunkin on King George Rd. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming. Good service is very important to me therefore I hope they get recognized for this. Coffee is also really good along with the donuts. Its a nice clean atmosphere as well.
