My wife and I had a reservation at the Grain House this past Sunday at lunch time. We were seated almost immediately after arriving, and were helped by the excellent Lance. I got the standard Angus burger, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. My wife got the hen eggs with salmon, which she thoroughly enjoyed, too. We also tried some cocktails- I make a pretty mean Old Fashioned at home, but their Grain House Old Fashioned is one of the best I've had, not even kidding....
Buffet well presented and food very tasty. Good selection of fresh fruit and cheeses. The children's French fries were crisp and the chicken fingers not overly seasoned. The appetizers, jalapeño poppers were great.
Food was good but service was non existent. We were not welcomed or greeted and had to flag down someone to place order or get the check. Unfinished we left her a nice tip but I likely would not return
