I have been coming to the Grain House since COVID, when it was the only restaurant that we would eat at,as they had all their patios open during that difficult summer. Yesterday was a lovely day to eat on the patio. They have one of the best Brunch menus around, offering both breakfast and lunch dishes. We both had poached eggs - mine with smoked salmon, my friend with Canadian bacon. Came with nicely prepared home fries. Smoked salmon was not salty and tasty. We had an ok house...
Last Sunday, my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with dear friends at the Grain House, the very place where our reception had been held 40 years earlier to the day. It was magical, everything was spot on perfect. Just learning our story when we arrived, the manager and Sherri our waitress were just the right mix of guidance, humor/spunk and accommodation. Brunch was awesome! Service was kind and efficient. Food was delicious, looks appealing, and fresh. We especially loved the vegetables fritata, and the apple pie. Prices very reasonable.
